Week 3 - Baltimore Ravens vs. Cincinnati Bengals

Definition of insanity my friends....  Keep doing the same thing (Peas still DC, melvin to play corner and not get burned for a td and/or flagged {2X today} for PI, Trestman as OC {what has he ever accomplished??}, not picking up secondary in the off season, etc.......) and expecting different results.

Ozzie is to stubborn/proud/whatever you want to call it, to get rid of peas.  Maybe 0-5 will spark the conversation, but he still won't go through with it.  Is a sad day when you realize that your team's season is over after week 3!  Spend the entire past 8 months looking forward to this season, only to realize that nothing from last season has been fixed.  It actually looks a hell of a lot worse this year!  Like I said last week, when your defense gets manhandled by Derek Car, it's over.  Better yet, when your defense gets manhadled by Derek Car, then 1 week later by Andy Dalton,...... well..... Lights out...   2016/2017 season can't come soon enough!

i remember this one specifically, because it is quite literally the WORST penalty i have ever seen in football. that referee should be embarrassed and ashamed for continuing the softening of football by calling a 15 yard penalty on a routine contact block on a run play

Was that the so-called "blindside hit to the helmet?"

See y'all Thursday night, at least it is against the Steelers. I am going to have to "hide" for awhile down here as Panthers are 3-0. lol   Oh well, life isn't perfect.

Crap like this is why don't come here that often anymore.

Don't take it personally. They are not true Ravens fans, just looking to aggravate people for kicks is all. Ignore them.

I said a long time ago that Forsett was just a one year wonder....I mean how did we think a guy at the end of his career get his first 1000 yard season can continue to do it? I mean he's good but not starter good.

Same here.People always tell me how hes so good and I should be hype to have him as a ravens fan and I tell them every time hes fools gold.He was a backup who fell into a good situation with kubiak and the ray rice absence but hes getting exposed now.

Man forsett has been pretty awful this year

Our run game went out the door with kubiak

That's what happens with an O-Line like ours.   It makes me sick everytime I hear the tv announcers talk about how good our O-line is....

I was thinking maybe SSS can be traded to Panthers, after all, it's SSS last season and we kindly trade him to give him one more shot at SB, he deserves to be playing in the SB one more time. Not fair to SSS to play out this season without a chance to go to SB.

Well I wonder how Steve Bisciotti feels about his teams chances now, I do remember him saying he wanted to start winning the division. Slim chance now, John H doesn't have a firm grip on this team.

Maybe Packers will want him with Jordy out. That would be something. I think Ozzie will start trading players to get draft picks if we start 0-4. Also next year, we will have a lot less dead money.

Just gonna go drink some and chill at the lake and imagine if Joe flacco had an AJ green on his team

Good plan, imagine Flacco with that offense

The Ravens came back late in the game.  If there is one thing that's not being discussed it's the penalties.  The Ravens had over 100 yards in penalties that held them back.  Penalties can be corrected.  The Bengals always look like world beaters early in the season and AJ Green loves to play at Ravens stadium.  He can do no wrong.  I believe it was a combination of circumstances that lead to the Ravens loss.  But have no fear.  The Ravens play the Steelers this week with Vick at quarterback.

Coach Tomlin believes LT Eugene Monroe will be starting and the Ravens players will be rather agitated.  Who better to take it out on then the Pittsburgh Steelers.  Vick hasn't had much practice with the first team and won't have much more because of the shortened week.  The Ravens will be blitzing Vick while their stepping off the bus.  It's going to be the typical Ravens/Steelers grudge match that will come down to a couple of plays.  The Steelers will need a little luck to beat the Ravens.

GO STEELERS!
