yea it is but really ravens fans I'm annoyed to see so much giving up comments from some of you guys, if u a die hard ravens fans then you would keep your hopes alive and keep cheering on the ravens. To me, Joe sigh kill me later but I believe Joe can be a H.O.F when he put them up  yes i know he threw picks in the clutch twice but I'm sure cool joe will come out and for the first time in years we will actually see january joe come out in the regular season. Go ravens

Sometimes when you're really invested in a team (or pretty much anything), you (at least myself) can't help but become extremelly frustrated when dropping close games like they've done the past 2 weeks. That doesn't mean I don't HOPE and PRAY for the boys to turn it around!

My heart has been racing during the final quarter of these last couple of games, and I've been walking back and forth in front of the TV - loudly cheering for the guys when they make plays! Emotional reactions usually aren't logical, and I find it difficult to let go of dissapointing losses.

However, once kickoff commences I cheer back up... until things start to go downhill - can't help it. I think the negative fans might just be very invested emotionally.

With this talk on feelings done, let's just get a W Sunday!!

Go Ravens!!

and you are not a believer tbh smh

I for one think we have a really good chance of winning Sunday.  Apart from Perriman we are pretty healthy (Melvin coming back will be big for our defense) and it seems like our players know this is a big game.  Playing at home will help, I plan on going so I am hoping the crowd is really into it.  I will keep believing this team can make the playoffs until we are mathematically eliminated, plus we are the only franchise to never start 0-3! I believe we will still be able to say that come Monday Morning!

In his defense, one trip SSS dropped a td and another was a bad throw.

And the Oakland play was perfectly executed in the sense that Smith came open...wide open. After that the execution was lacking.

Trestman dialed up what should have been six.

Hope that the fans are soooo loud that the Bengals can't hear a thing. Let's maximize our home field advantage. I bet the players will play inspired being back at M&T. If we play intense and play smart, (player and coach wise) we can take the win.

I'm not sure who we are. This team feel a little Frankensteinish to me.

Not sure we can stop the bengals from running the ball.(perhaps we can but I've seen no definitive indication thus far).We usually struggle against passers who get the ball out.

I really hope Taliaferro and Monroe will be able to play this game.  Both look very questionable with their injuries right now.  Mosley and Canty both said they should be fine so hopefully they are just getting a little extra rest.  Perriman returned today though!

Perriman is back to practice. Doubt he plays Sunday, but we should see him week 4 or 5. Maybe he'll suit up to stretch the field Sunday, but that seems unlikely.

Doubt it, but he has a good shot against Pitt

Agree that he doesn't play vs. the Bengals, but my guess is he will be on the field in some capacity against the Squeelers.

He won't be ready for Sunday but it's good to get him practicing now since we have a short week. He has a lot of catching up to do. Anyway I stil haven't gotten anybody to verify if talioferro reinjured his knee or if we just have him the day off to rest it. He will be key this Sunday so we need him healthy.

I would think if tali wasn't healthy we wouldn't have dropped Magee from the roster , then again we just resigned him to the practice squad but I'm thinkin that was probably the plan all along.

I read from a few different places that Taliaferro is sitting out with a foot injury.  I believe that is what ended his season last year so hopefully its nothing more then general soreness.

Havent read too much of the forum after the 2 losses to save myself frustration so I may be repeating some of the thoughts, but I think it is simple; If we are 4-4 or better at the bye week with at least 2 of the wins coming against AFCN opponents, we will be juuuuuust fine.

Does Pees know something that we don't with our corner backs? Does he have them line up off the relievers because they have bad agility? Do our corners have stiffer hips than we thought? Cause our guys still get burned playing 10 yards offoff... Even Jimmy, imagine if they only played 2 yards off..

That's probably it for Webb. Have you noticed how much he trips over himself?

Who the wins come against is very important.

Wow first post got a warning my bad. But like i said all the ravens o need to do is to give JOE the ball and the defense to press and send some blitzes simple

Sorry, but outside of Jimmy, the Ravens just do not have the personnel to play bump in run. Webb would get burned all day long.

And right now, Jimmy still isn't 100%, so I don't think he even feels comfortable playing bump and run consistently.

The only memories I have of Webb post-2012 are him getting embarrassed by Davone Bess (2013) and the Week 9 Steelers game (2014).

I hope our interior offensive line brings their A game. Geno Atkins is looking as dangerous as he ever has (Link). He was living in the backfield when I watched the San Diego game. Fortunately, we have a better trio to present on Sunday.

Ravens fans are the NFL equivilant of the spoiled kid for Christmas who didn't get the present they wanted so they whine and whine until something goes their way. Takes one to know one.

Here, this video is how many a RAVENS fans act.

We're probably getting crushed this weekend, and will likely be 0-4 by the end of next Thursday... unless something drastic happens, because this D (and team) just isn't good enough. Plus, the Bengals have had our number recently. Not good!!

I hope that I eat my words because I love this team, but I'm being realistic at this point :(

Isn't AJ day to day?

This team responds to adversity. I think we win this weekend. Whether or not we make the playoffs depends on whether or not we stop screwing around and giving games away from here on out

We've had all of two games, and one of them we looked like a number 1 D. I doubt our D is truly as bad as week 2.
