Week 2 Discussion (Other Teams)

I think I ventured into a thread once in the preseason, but otherwise I've stayed out of that forum altogether this season. Best decision I've made since that point.

I didn't have much of a choice with Denver but today I am sticking with it. Probably going to get some homework out of the way as opposed to arguing about whether or not we will go 0-16

Here's a huge update, and another big injury that will shape the 2015 NFL season. Romo may be done for the year.

Per @judybattista ... Tony Romo has a fractured left clavicle.

That's huge in the NFCW division race. I don't rate the Eagles, while Washington and the Giants are dumpster fires this year.

Fixed!

What's a team in Dallas doing in the eastern division? ;)

The part I like is that Dallas is further west than St. Louis and Kansas City who are both in the western divisions in their respective conferences

Or Indianapolis being in the AFCS. That's totally my excuse for getting that wrong. :P

The way this season is playing out within the first two weeks, it's not a matter of who will play in the Super Bowl. It's a matter of who will have enough players to play in the Super Bowl.

The Packers defence is playing really well against Seattle. Going by the Ravens Talk logic, I guess Seattle should panic too if they lose here, given they'd be 0-2 against a mediocre Rams side and a Packers side without its #1 weapon and lost its #3 weapon and starting RB in-game.

Would love for the Seahawks to join us, the Saints, and the Lions at 0-2.

If the Seahawks joined that group, I feel the only team out of the four who should be genuinely concerned about missing the playoffs (as opposed to suffering a minor early-season blip) is the Saints.

No shame in losing to the Rams (who always give the Seahawks trouble) and the Packers though. 37 to the Raiders...

This game is so close right now. Why does something tell me there is going to be some controversy at the end of this game? Don't know why but something tells me that.

Chris Collinsworth is really something

You'll regret that comment if Russell Wilson really does become the next Aaron Rodgers. :P

If this week shows anything about the NFL, it's that parity is always will be why the NFL is way better than other sports. 2 of the last three Super Bowl Champions could very well be looking at a 0-2 start(if Seattle loses), while teams like Jacksonville and Oakland are winning games in the last minute to teams who were considered playoff contenders before this season.

Now we have an injury to Tony Romo to even take this parity to a whole another level with the NFC East being more wide open than anyone thought.

Speaking of 0-2 teams...I still think the Giants will win the NFC East.
