Stewart!!!! Man sit down somewhere! He got burnt consistently last yr! And that missed P.I was the only reason he was able to intercept the ball. Pure luck and chance!

Yeah - it always gets me when a player that is let go, acts as if he was disrespected by his former team and has something to show them. Well, perhaps if you showed them something while they were paying you to do a job, you wouldn't have been let go.

Who cares what the Broncos say! Do they have a article about what the Ravens Say? Payton and Brady have been ruining my football for 15 years at least.

Get it together Ravens. I'm actually more optimistic than pessimistic about the rest of the season after yesterday's game (despite the loss of Suggs). If the defense uses Sizzle's injury as a rallying cry and motivation to step up, they can do very well this season. The offense...well, EVERYONE on that side of the ball needs to wake up, or it's going to be a painful season. Yesterday's performance by Flacco & the boys was terrible.

It WAS fun to watch such a great defensive game by the Ravens. What ruined everything was that Denver had a great defensive game as well and came out on top. Offenses on both teams got bullied all day long and it was only fun when Peyton and crew were getting pummeled.

We lost the game but I am very excited about our defense the only reason our offense was so bad was because we did not have a deep threat. We will be better when we can get Peeriman on the field.

Jimmy Smith looked really good by the way.

Yes ... yes, he did. I'm not so sure we were supposed to take that for granted. After all, he missed most of last season with injury and it is not an automatic that a guy isn't affected by that. He looked as good as we've ever seen him.

Denver why don't throw the ball 8 feet in the air and let M Brown 6'6" jump up and get it in the end zone? We only have one CB and one safeties thats 6'1" the rest are 5'11.

Darian stewart. Not one play did he make when he was with us and then goes to Denver and wins the game for them.

Well, it never would have come down to that if Steve Smith had caught the game-winning TD pass that went through his hands and bounced off his face mask.

Good lord I am so sick of losing to Denver and Peyton during the regular season. What are we 1-5? Talk about a Raven killer. Even when we make a game of it, we don't get the breaks. However there is that one, game in Denver, during the playoff when our QB sent 70,000 Broncos fans home with tears in their eyes and disappointment in their hearts!

9-3 at the half and this one really felt like an "old school" Ravens slugfest. When Ed Reed...uhh...Jimmy Smith snatched that pick 6 I just knew we were going to win this! Both defenses played extremely well; we came up a bit short. I believe Trestman will get the Offense dialed in and, going forward, we'll be a better team after playing this game.

The Trestman offense looked like the ones before Kubiak. Joe had no time and no plays to exploit the balls out rush. Pitiful offense and no way out with current OC. Long season even though defense looked mnuch improved. Good bye T- sizzle. Innovation GONE!

Sounds like a lot of predictability to me...how are you running the same looks you did in pre-season, in big spots?? I don't get that. Trestman's gotta do better.

Here's the other thing...Hard to blame a guy for getting hurt...but we are quickly approaching the 2.5 year mark, and there hasn't been one big game, against a big-time pass rusher that Eugene Monroe has shown up for the Ravens. No games anyone can point to and say 'yeah, this is why they got him.' He missed the playoff run, he missed the big matchup with the Steelers, best pass rush of the season yesterday, and he's out on series 1. I'm just saying, he needs to become more durable to justify the investment at some point.

Harbaugh is 5-2 against Kubiak as a head coach, including the game yesterday.

They have to be happy as heck they beat us, because it was close. They have to be happy with the way they played on defense. They have to be SUPER happy that Trestman made no adjustment with his predictable vanilla offense.

The season is too new to make any conclusions about the rest of the season. It was a learning experience though. The defense looks solid. The offense looks like it needs to be revamped, though. More targets for Flacco and more protection for Flacco are in order going forward. I'm sure the management saw the same thing, though so I won't do the beat-down on them.

Oh, I forgot. Where was the 'horse-whisperer' yesterday? Or qb whisperer or whatever they call him? Whispering was about all he did yesterday.
