Breaking.... Suggs tore his Achilles.

Confirmed by the Ravens Twitter feed. Done for the season. That makes the loss feel even worse. :(

I had this penciled in as a loss, but the way it happened is so frustrating.

Ditto ... and the loss came in an unexpected way.

Bad ... our offensive front was getting man handled early. They pulled it together a bit, but still everything was a struggle. Anything we got we got by the skin of our teeth.

We did show some fight though. I only wish Trestman was not so vanilla in the first half. They blitzed and played the run the whole first half and we did not roll Joe out one time. I admit I was very upset by the lack of adjustment.

O line really struggled entire game, hard to make anything meaningful on offense that way.

I have a big problem with no flags on both Denver INTs.

Hope we haven't lost Suggs for too many games.

Forget the loss... Defense just suffered a loss as big as jimmy's last year

Another year without an opportunity to play with all of our stars... Fun stuff...

NFL.com

"Broncos defense stood strong"

Don't make me puke

Sports media won't stop there.  They'll also be coddling Peyton with the "new offense" excuse every time he fails to produce scoring drives.  New offense, numb fingertips, John Fox's ghost he'll be defended in all sorts of laughable ways.

I am proud of our defense holding Manning without a touchdown that is impressive, Offense looked bad however we still almost won the game. I only see us loosing once or twice in the next couple of weeks so we are in an excellent position for the rest of the season I see us going 11-5 at worst. We should stomp Oakland like the Bengals did.

I wasn't being unclassy whatsoever. I called him out on a dumb post. I have nothing negative to say to any of this fanbase, unless their going to post stupid statements. But that's life,

When you come to another teams board after a bitter loss, are you surprised you may see an irrational post here or there? Here's a suggestion. Ignore those and respond to the more reasonable ones. Thanks.

I want more information on Suggs.  That could be a really big loss.

Yes that is definitely my main concern right now.

18/32, 117 yards ...

You are not gonna win a lot of games with those stats ...

Ya that's true I guess the o-line has some work to do....Along with the rest of the team but the stats your pointing out is almost all on the o-line if you don't give Flacco time he cant work it out.

Suggs out for the year. CSN saying hoping he doesn't retire after this injury. Would be so sad if I just saw Suggs play his last game.

Face guarding is PI

Doh! Good call. No penalty on the play then period. Just an underthrown ball, lack of execution in the catch, and a nice play by a guy we passed on.

If we get an OL we'll be great. That's a big if though

Never mind just realized we lost Suggs. We're probably done

We lacked the speed. We should of had waller out there, at least they would of Had to account for his speed. I'm not saying waller is going to be our number one or anything, but it's not like it could of hurt anything....

I'm not sure how to feel at this point. The defense looked great but did not look the same without Suggs. I'm not sure if we missed his presence or what. Regardless, losing Suggs is sort of a big blow. This is going to be a tough one to overcome, not that it can't be done. The defense played outstanding outside of a few players. Webb is the weak link of the secondary, which was NOT as bad as people thought or made it out to be. Jimmy Smith, Will Hill, Lewis & Arrington all played really great. I have to say that those guys all looked really good. The DL was stout as well and it looked really solid until we lost Suggs IMO.

The offense was ugly but we did lose Monroe in the first minute of the game and that's bad regardless. Hurst just isn't that good. The OL as a whole struggled a lot and I did not see much to like from Zuttah. The pass rush and scheme for the Broncos was ferocious. They played outstanding on defense. We had a chance to win the game and it ended up with an INT again like the Patriots. It sucks but it happens. Smith should've caught the ball and Gillmore could have fought for it a bit more. Allen looked fantastic and I don't know why Trestman or Joe avoided throwing to Gillmore most of the game. I assume it's because he was blocking most of the time.

This was a tough game because we lost and lost significant players.

Breaking.... Suggs tore his Achilles.

If true there is no doubt that Injuries have really bit us in the tail these last two years. Although I thought we'd miss the playoffs anyway, it won't be any easier to endure.
