Actually, a close win may do more for the team going forward than a blow-out win. Besides, after a blow-out win the Ravens often doesn't play well the next week and some fans get ahead of themselves with crazy predictions.

The Ravens need a complete performance in all 3 phases of the game and if the Raiders can play to that level it'll be a close game but if not it'll be a big win. What i mean by that is, i don't wanna see a close game because Flacco missed open guys down field. Or the WRs drop passes or a TO filled game keeping it close or the Defense having a let down.

I want to see the Ravens be able to establish their offense and if their front 7 is talented enough to get off blocks or make 1on1 tackles then ok. But i don't wanna see the oline missing blocking assignments like the Broncos game. I don't wanna see Forsett not hitting holes as hard like the Broncos game. I just don't wanna see sloppy play. If the Ravens play to their potential and the Raiders prove to be a better team or atleast an equal then you can live with that because you can start to answer questions about who you really are and make moves accordingly. But if the oline isn't good then the offense won't go and you won't know what you have at your skilled positions.
