Who to start, Who To sit

Alright, final question: Kamar Aiken or Markus Wheaton? Non-PPR.

depends on who starts at qb. If it's mallet I might go with Aiken. Maybe with clausen too, but if schaub starts I'd def go Wheaton.

What makes you so sure about Wheaton if Schaub starts? Aiken made six catches for 80 yards and a TD against the Browns, which obviously isn't a terrible outing, so if we're playing catch-up he could well get force-fed the ball.

I'd go Aiken. Wheaton will probably see some targets but Aiken definitely will

Appreciated. Wheaton's upside is through the roof against us (sigh), but the fact that he's third on the pecking order (and that Bryant is due for a breakout) does make me hesitant. I was leaning towards what you and January J were saying, but obviously it's a tough call.

Good luck in your final.

Yeah a lot of it comes down to whether you need a lot of points or just want someone safe. I think Aiken has a fair share of upside as well more due to lack of other targets and I think we are going to be passing a lot if it gets out of hand.

Thanks, should be a fun one

definitely not sure, more of just a hunch and me not trusting schaub. Aiken probably will get force fed the ball though so it's a tough call. But with Big Ben and wheatons big play ability one big strike and you can rack up 12 points in one swing. Aikens not gonna catch Hail Marys every week and he will have to stack quite a few catches to put up a decent outing... while Wheaton can match those numbers in one play. I just like the odds better. But I definitely wouldn't fault you for going either way.

I could at least see where you're coming from, but you have to back Brady at this stage (as much as I hope he fails because my opponent has him).

I started Cousins! A solid gamble.

I decided to throw him back in the waiver pool and roll with Wilson. I get the feeling I'm going to rue that now.

Yeah, Wheaton's upside is nothing to sneeze at. As I see it, Antonio Brown will be covered by Jimmy and not be quite as exciting as everyone seems to be predicting. And with how good we are against the run, that'll open things up for either Bryant or Wheaton. Either or both of them could end up with 25 points or kept to 3.

Atm I'm leaning towards Aiken, but if I get a visitation from Mike Tomlin like in A Christmas Carol overnight, then I can still roll with Wheaton in a pinch. A little cursory reading tells me the Steelers have been running with six-DB packages lately as well, which could be a pain.

Just don't wake up and become a Steelers fan

With Brandon Weeden starting, I'm more hesitant to start Hopkins. Should I roll with DeAndre or put in Golden Tate ?

normally I'd say go with with Hopkins ..But something is telling me to roll with Tate this week. I definitely trust Stafford way more than weeden and San Fran is weak in all phases. I'm starting Ameer Abdullah as my flex.

The last thing I'm debating between is the Broncos defense vs Cincinnati or Pittsburgh ?

The Broncos are obviously the highest scoring defense this year by a pretty wide margin and dalton is out, but their D has cooled down as of late. The upside with going with the steelers against us is pretty obvious - pick 6s and fumbles galore. Regardless who's at qb. Maybe things will be different if mallet starts but who knows.

I picked up Ameer too. And Ebron. I have too many Lions!

Id say both the Bengals and Ravens will be prone to making mistakes especially with Cincinnati being in Denver. tough call because on one hand you have a good defense in Denver going up against a group of playmakers and then you have a softer defense in the Steelers going up against a group of backups. I'd have to go with the Steelers. They're playing for a playoff spot.

Anyone know how the Saints have been against number one receivers? I have both Allen Hurns and Allen Robinson

the entire saints secondary has been awful. I would play anybody that was going up against them. I've got bortles starting this week too so I'm looking to reap the benefits.

Second guessing myself on Abdullah though bc I just picked up Christine Michael and I think he's in line for plenty of touches against the Rams who have been near the bottom of the league against running backs. I could swap out James white for Christine too really..but I took him out last week too and ended up regretting it. Plus I think they will lean on him a little more with ammendola being out and ofcourse Blount. But they just signed Steven Jackson so he may be in line for some work too. So many choices. Think I'm just gonna stay put and go with my original instincts.

Which QB?

Tyrod Taylor vs Dallas

Jamies Winston vs chicago

hmmm. Jamies. Yep, go with Winston. Despite Dallas's shaky season - their defense is pretty stout. Jamies has been heating up and getting better throughout the year. The bills have been demoralized but Even though both of them have been eliminated from playoff contention Tampa has a lot to be excited about and want to prove they are on the come up.

Dallas D has been surprisingly good. I have been running with Cousins for the past few weeks and he's been simply killing it. He's had stud performances since week 10 ... except for when they played Carolina and Dallas. He was quite successful vs. Chicago. I'd go with Winston.

I'd say Winston too. Dallas has nice players on defense that could potentially contain Tyrod; Hardy, Lee, McClain.

Up 27 points in my championship game and my opponent has McManus vs. Bengals. Hopefully it doesn't turn into a field goal fest.

Biggest move of my entire season was benching Brady for Cousins this week. Started Brady every single week in fantasy outside of my championship game this week.

I'm thinking of sitting Palmer for Fitzpatrick. I just have a bad feeling that the Cardinals will sit Palmer if he takes a hit, and they'll run more to try to protect him.

I have no idea how that will pan out, and that's why I avoid week 17. :P

Fitz would probably be safer, while Palmer obviously has higher upside, so I guess it depends on the rest of your side and how you feel about risk.
