So Trestman decides to actually call real live plays for only the last offensive series only. Perhaps the offense might have been a bit more successful if he'd made at least some of these calls earlier in the game instead of run run pass.

 

At least we did not get blown out and the defense came to play. Maybe Trestman learned something - one can only hope.

Flacco has his faults like throw a lob pass in the middle of the field, but if you look at the receiving core its filled with a bunch of undrafted free agents who aren't really good. Steve Smith Sr is 36 and hes the number 1 receiver with guys in their early 20's in the receiving core. Offense lost the game once again.

Flacco going 80 yards for a TD in 3 mins seems like a miracle after watching the offense perform all day. But, miracles do happen every once in a while.

Flacco put it all together in the end and his receivers just let him down. Disgraceful and extremely predictable. Everyone with any sense said during the offseason the receiver corps wasn't good enough.

WE deserved to lose that and honestly I am glad we did, it showed a lot of weaknesses that have to be adressed or we wont be in the playoffs this year.

This is not Flacco's fault. The O-line stunk it up. Trestman had a vanilla offense

Ha that was a piss poor drive and overall effort by the offense. The defense was great for like 3 quarters but Flacco lost this one, We had another down....

What are you even talking about. We moved a lot of yards, got into their redzone, all while having to convert multiple big downs.
