Once again, our offense starts out a year devoid of weapons for Joe to throw to. Win a Super Bowl, and then have your receivers stripped from you. I love Ozzie, but this is one area where I think he whiffed. SSS is our only received worth anything.

I cannot believe the offense has not yet adjusted and follow Manning's example of creating routes to get rid of the ball quickly. The defense held Manning to field goals so far, the offense needs to return the favor soon or they will fall further behind.

I am upset that that Trestman is not making that adjustment. They are stacking the box and blitzing and we are not throwing ANY quick screens or slants to make them pay for that. Why can't we adjust????

Broncos are getting pressure, but Flacco is so flat footed he will never step up in the pocket and move up or even run to keep them honest.

 

There wasn't really much space to step in the pocket. Joe is getting swarmed from all sides.
