60 posts in this topic

The squeelers are looking at the tape of the Ravens playing the busta pats and saying that they can play them like the Ravens did "BUT" they will not throw into over and under coverage and then blame the WR! SMH! Both these teams are DONE! NO MORE GIFTS because both got rings that belonged to the Ravens! 1st one troy stripped Joe! 2nd A very very very bad pass! STOP IT!

Guys lets think for a second. What is the best strategy to root for? I believe we should vote for the Steelers to win this one why because we want to have the best chance to secure home field throughout the playoffs and the more the Patriots loses their games the better our chances. We shouldn't worry about the Steelers because they have still have tough loads of hard games still to play so we will still be in great shape to win the division. If you vote for the Patriots then you want to win the division if you vote for the Steelers than you have a chance to secure home field and still have a great chance to win the division.

I hope they beat the living crape out of each other and Brady and Ben can hold hands from their stretchers. These team need to become cellar dwellers for years in their divisions before they ruin football.

I'm rooting for the stadium to run out of stretchers. The Mason-Dixon line was the line that marked cheaters from sportsmanship.

I'm kind of hoping for a meteor to crash mid-field during play.

That would be amazing!!! But instead of "crash", I think you meant to say "air burst over the stadium" like the Tunguska event. That or lightning strike a few choice players, coaches and the owner's box.

I will settle for Patriots fumbling and turnover stats to revert back to the norm this year.

Looking at thei big picture (afc championship game, home game) rather

To have an pats lost cause i consider that they have more easy games than the squelers...looking at the small pic its go for the division, that the squeelers lost.

This is a dumb question. No matter how much we despise Tom Brady, and we do, the Steelers are in our division and more of an immediate need to get behind us. The Patriots have a cream puff schedule in a cream puff division. They are going to win it anyway so why should we be rooting for the Steelers? Just ridiculous.

First thing's first: we need to win the division. That means rooting for whoever is playing the Steelers, Bengals, and Browns in a given week.

Having said that, I think the Ravens/Steelers is a slightly more friendly love-hate rivalry, whereas the Patriots rivalry is just pure hate.

Not a hard one to decide. It comes down to which team I respect. I hope the Steelers smash the Pats, win the game and send them off their home field in a foggy daze.

You have to root for the Pats because the Division is the 1st goal. I hate the Patriots more, but in this particular game we need them to beat Pittsburgh.

It's a tough call. It's in Ravens best interest for Steelers to lose. On the other hand, I don't think I have it in me to root for Pats in anything. Comes down to, never wish either well, but Patriots I despise, Steelers I respect as the rival you always want to beat.

Like choosing between North Korea and Iran in a conflict. Best scenario is a tie and they beat each other up in a brutal game. GO RAVENS!

I hope Tomlin steps onto the field to trip the Pats wide receiver running along the sidelines with a bicycle pump under his jersey, both benches clear in an all out brawl in response, and Brady, Edelman, Rothlesberger, Brown earn themselves four game suspensions each for their involvement. Meanwhile Bell and Blount get busted for possession again driving around in the arena parking lot.

Would like the Pats to eek out a victory, but suffer the loss of some key players doing it, so it impacts their season down the road. Let them try to play w/o Brady/Gronk for a few games.

Its mixed feelings for me .. i mean if the steelers lose its great cuz it helps us win the division. But at the same time any Patriots loss is a help for them to lose the #1 seed in the playoffs. I think we can handle the steelers and they will lose plenty of games this year I would like to see the patriots lose because there are only a few teams that can beat them and knock them out of the #1 seed

I hope the Steelers lose, the Pats go on to have a great year...only to be beaten in playoffs by the Baltimore Ravens!!! Yup, I'm that confident :D payback...we need to face Pats in playoffs to avenge last years results. We can take them down.

Anyone hoping the Steelers win, I doubt you feel the same way if their win is the tie-breaker that puts them into the playoffs and keeps us out.

exactly , we have to win the division and get into the playoffs before thinking about anything else. Winning the division guarentees Atleast one home playoff game anyway, so I will definitely be pulling for the pats, while hoping the steelers put a hurting on them at the same time.

I am hoping they beat the crap out of each other. I do not want to see anyone badly hurt but I would not cry if a player or two goes down with a hamstring or a groin. I never like to see concussions or knee injuries but something that could nag at a key player would not come as a disappointment. In the end, I have to pull for NE. I'm looking at this game as a win..win because somebody should lose.
