Youth Movement

The problem with the youth movement is doing it on both sides of the ball simultaneously puts you in a precarious position like the Ravens are in now. Look at the Cheatriots. They let their entire secondary go and used some glue and gum. But their offense can carry them so they are fine. Just noticed both us and the 49ers (SB participants a few years ago) have started out this year atrociously.

It's a good core. Could use another starting RB or WR. But they just need time to grow and get healthy. Adding a vet in the future at WR may piss some people off, but is not a bad idea.
