I don't like the idea of a guy as easily injured as Campanaro returning kicks and punts.Especially considering the fact that we have next to nothing in the passing game behind Steve Smith and we're going to need him in the passing game.

Makes no sense to me, he gets hurt constantly just catching passes. If he stayed healthy he could be a pretty good receiver.

Yeah, he's got the hands and shiftiness to take care of kick returns, the big question is the durability. And if he goes down, we certainly do not want SSS or Webb back there either - they belong in their primary role.

I love Camp in the return game but didn't he get hurt the first time last year fielding a punt? In addition, the guy is like a thin piece of glass China sitting on a slanted shelf, in a broken down old cabinet. Just one bump and all the Kings horses and all the Kings men...... My first question would be who is number 2 on the depth chart?

I am fine with Campanero returning kicks, we have Ross on the PS if he gets injured.

As far as I'm concerned we don't need more than 1 healthy returner for kickoff duty. However, punt returns are critical and we need someone that can make smart decisions. I think we have 3 that can return punts in a pinch and all of them starters too. So, I guess we are fine.

I for one LIKE this move unlike most of the posters. To each his own but do we have many options? Not to mention Comp needs to prove he can stay healthy and that he belongs on this team. Otherwise he is just another guy who couldnt cut it and will be out the door anyways in a year or two. Sure hands on the punt team and a above average slot guy , do your thing Comp.

I'd rather have someone that opposing teams would fear, than to find and bloom someone at this point. He's not valued at any other aspect of the game, so many teams do shouldn't see him fit, but we being so deep at wideout we should invest in Trindon. The guy burned US. Not ONce but TWICE!!!! With a record still standing! Small but impactful! IMO more impactful than Camp!

I liked Camp as a WR, where he's solid. However, why not add Magee to the depth chart? He's on the 53-man roster now and at this point is more disposable, either now or when Taliaferro returns, therefore why not make use of him? That's only considering guys we have on our 53. If further shuffles coming up, we have some guys on the PS.

I still feel Ozzie will dig up something. We have enough personnel depth to move one player to make room on the roster for a kick returner. Do nothing and I expect Webb or Smith Sr to end up there by default.
