Eagles bring it within 3, looks like the Eagles are making a comeback. Falcons defense looks tired.

Now the Eagles have adjusted in the second half and have taken the lead from Atlanta. This is going to turn into a nail biter here.

I would have been tempted to go for it on that final stalled drive if I were the Falcons. There's a good reason I'm not an NFL coach.

Jordan Matthews obviously couldn't catch that due to excessive crowd noise. NFL must replay the game lol.

Gilmore and Smith now have a trio to their drop a crucial catch pass party.

Yeah but Chip Kelly might have lost a game by not going on that 4th&1 against puffed out Falcons D.

We'll never know.

The big problem on that play was not calling a timeout before kicking the FG, not the decision to kick the ball.  The Eagles defense had stymied the Falcons offense for the last few drives, you absolutely go for the FG there.  The issue was they were second guessing their decision, so the kicking team didn't get onto the field in time and had to rush the snap.

That was awful for haynes first touch, thats not even close to rugby league full back standard. Special teams on both sides ahve been gross.

Yep, pretty poor catch attempt. He'll be a lot happier with his first reception though, made the first guy miss and did alright considering it was 3rd and 19.

Hopefully, niners got a steal price for him. Ravens and pats would have been smart to give him a shot for that cheap

ESPN needs to fix their new scoreboard layout.  I was at the bar for the first game and half of the TVs in the bar cut off the timeouts indicator under the score, but figured it was because they might be cheap televisions.  Got home and my TV also cuts it off - poor planning from ESPN.

These two teams look like they haven't had a training camp this year.

The only good thing about this game was AP taking a bunch of 49ers on a ride for 10 yards.

In just a couple hours, half the teams' seasons will be over, and the other half will be Superbowl-bound. At least that's what we'll hear, right?

Is Nick Easton playing center? How has Torrey played so far in the game?

Marcus Martin

Kaepernick has no idea how to use him

I only saw kaep target him once. It was for like a 10 yard gain. Definitely looks like they are a run first team and using him more as a decoy than a weapon. It's kind of a shame really.

Yup... When the niners play a real team though they'll get crushed. These Vikings just don't look ready to be great yet
