Good story, but we have to stop the hype and realize he was playing against a bunch of guys who will not be in the NFL later today. Remember only a few weeks ago Jeremy Butler "Was Catching Everything In Camp". That's a lot easier to do in a jersey and shorts. Its a whole different game when the pads come on. Now the word is that Butler won't make the team.

#1 Please tell me what else the man can do to prove he is worthy besides make plays when given the opportunity, which he did!

 

#2  If he is torching guys that are backups and as you say "will not be in the NFL later today" wouldn't that mean that he is at the least better than backup guys. Which would mean he is worth a shot at starting.

D Brown is worth having a shot on a practice squad somewhere, if not here. Doesn't mean he will automatically get chosen but he can hope. As for a starting position, Brown will need to travel a longer, more difficult path before achieving that.
