That's been the story the whole preseason.  You see moments of great plays, and then others where you want to punch him.  I'm an Arthur Brown fan, but I'd try to swap him for another player if the opportunity presented itself.

Montee Ball comes to mind.

I mean their build more so than their height/weight. We've seen Will Hill obliterate Marcus Wheaton dropping his shoulder so I don't mind when he does it. Those stats are outdated as well. Hill posted a pic on his instagram weighing 230 a couple weeks ago.

Btw this whole do good on ST n u can play more snaps is dumb...u think Mosley is a "ace" ST player?? I mean Brown is just buried on the depth chart behind a 1st round PB player n a PB 10+ year vet. It's not like he has injury issues n the whole thing of him being too small cmon there's plenty of small LB in the league some even small than him.
