My Annual 2015 Predictions and Final AFC North Standings

568 posts in this topic

There probably isn't a game on our schedule that I'd be more confident in us losing than the week 4 game against the Steelers...

Probably going to be 1-9 or 2-8 after 10. We will have 10 days to get ready for the Browns (probable win there), and should beat Jax.

It's over folks. John can join Jim in Michigan.

A turn around isn't impossible; it's just hard to believe after last game. Hoping they'll be extra motivated through these upcoming division games. The Bengals and Browns games at home are next to essential to win.

Here is my updated prediction for the Bengals after finding out who is playing Sunday. As expected AJ Green is playing and their #6 rated offense rolls  while we manage 3 field goals and a late special teams TD !  34 - 16  Bengals

you've been right about the wins and losses so far but you've been way off about the scores and how they happened. I give you credit for predicting a loss to Oakland but your wizardry will wear off this week. Ravens 27 bengals 20

However your team spirit is worth 3 points so 34-19 Bengals :baltimore-ravens:

One thing that would be kind of funny is if we went 2-14 and won both of our games against Pittsburgh and they go like 13-3 lol

No way we actually beat them in Week 4 but still that would make me laugh. This Bengals Week 3 game is a huge must-win already. Sad.

that would not be funny, but if this were to happen would you trade out of this spot for multiple picks or just take a stud and if so who would you take?

I never thought I would say this, but after watching the Ravens players and coaches perform over the first 2 weeks, I am depressed to state that this team will go 7-9 or 8-8 at best. We'll miss the playoffs and have a different coordinator on defense before the end of this season. I can't see us going better than 1-1 over the next 2 games which will leave us with a 1-3 record at best or 0-4 record at worst.

Ok then in your 1-3 record scenario who will we beat? Cincy or the Steelers?

Looks like you were right. I'm not above calling myself out when I'm wrong.

I hate being right believe me but the actual truth is we are a very poorly coached team at this point. Undisciplined, ( even with Harbaughs success in the past ) he is totally in the cross hairs. We will beat the Browns , however I am predicting we will be 1-7 at the bye and there the talk will start - the same way it started with Jim Harbaugh in SF. If one thing is certain - nothing in life is permanent. Nothing!

I hate you. This is your fault. You jinxed us lol

I hate being hated but I have to look at the bright side -- a top 5 draft pick and a new coaching staff is worth all the hate!

And suddenly a lot less homers with their knee jerk negs as even they have to realize that this team was not making the playoffs this year!

I'm already excited about the rebuilding process and getting rid of the old and bringing in the new!

True, true. Finally, something we all should be able to get behind on these boards! :Cool_271:

Ok here we go guys with my game prediction against the Steelers. The Ravens play like a Pee Wee Football team Thursday night and even Vick ends up looking like a pro bowler. This game won't be close 27-10 Steelers. The bright side is we might get our first win next Sunday against the Browns who are fortunately worse than us!

This thread actually turned out to be too optimistic.  20 downvotes too, hilarious.

When do you think we'll get our first win wizard?

I have had to re-evaluate everything after all the injuries and the poor morale  and that makes Cleveland a hard fought win for us but I think that's it and we go into the bye at 1-7.

When have lost our swagger which has always been a big part of our success. We are in complete dis-array with no leaders on defense and out offense is carrying around 22 caliber ammunition and we are facing 45 's that are locked and loaded. Let's start thinking about rebuilding. Let's have the vision to see the writing on the wall and power-up the determination to do something about it!

sadly i see us beating the steelers..michael vick is horrible and their offensive line is weak..

i want us to lose so changes are re-enforced in the mindset of Biscoitti and co.

I want us to get Bosa. I want flacco to save us cap..i want us at 36 million-40 million in capspace after cuts before re-sinings. I want a Von Miller opposite Bosa...

Hes willing to take the L in order to make the team Better in the long run. No issue. Plus last time we lost to PIT Harbs fired pretty much every CB on the roster, maybe he'd do the same to Pees. Edited by Cillmatic

How bad are the Cardinals going to beat us? I'll be at the game and got great seats so I hope we don't get blown out anyway.

I will never understand hoping the team you cheer for to lose, ever.  I understand the point of it, but to me its an insult to the players that step on the field for us.  To each their own....

Yeah I'm with you on this.  I can't watch a player like Steve Smith giving it his all at the end of his career, to the point he needed an IV on Sunday, and hope he loses out.

Thank god, I thought I was crazy for a second. Anyone who has been an athlete themselves I could never romaine them agreeing with that logic
