[News] Ravens Place Matt Elam, Three Others On Injured Reserve

He may start the year on PUP. If so, this not a good start to his career and the expectation he came with. Why does Ozzie have so much trouble picking a real #1 wide receiver. Stay tune to this channel for the next episode of "As The Receiver's Turn".

you can't predict an injury. Has nothing to do with Ozzie. Several other first round players are out for the entire year.

Most notable, Matt Elam? Seriously? What about Matt Elam's play has made him the most notable loss? He has stunk the place up since being drafted as a number one. Just a ridiculous pick. He wasn't even the best safety left on the board when the Ranvens, for some ungodly reason, wasted their number one pick on him. Gee I long for the days of Steadman, when sports reporters told the truth about these guys. Instead we read a load of horse manure about how great a loss this is to the team. Baloney.

Harbaugh has mothballed Perriman. They already saw all they needed to see...he is the real deal and a game breaker. He will take the field in week one. Just his presence changes/limits what a defense can do. They can't load up against the run and become more susceptible against play action....the bread and butter of our offense. We need possession receivers and we've got them in spades...Smith, Gilmore, Williams, Forsett, Juscyck, Aiken and Brown. Trestman is very underrated as an OC. He has been dealt a great hand in Baltimore with a top notch offensive line and a proven winner with a shotgun arm in Flacco. I swear Flacco and Trestman are a match made in heaven. Both very intelligent a Flacco has the arm to execute any gameplan they choose. Remember one thing, Flacco's arm strength makes all his receivers more effective. He made Torrey Smith. He turned Boldin into an unstoppable force which they chose to reveal in the playoffs. Running the West Coast offense is like shooting fish in a barrel for Flacco, mainly because of the strength of his offensive line.

The Ravens offense will be very effective and lead the league in time of possession. This will give the defense every advantage they should need and will make them a top 10 unit as long as Jernigan and Jimmy Smith stay healthy.

"When the Ranvens", come on Fastynart, no matter your creative writing skills, no one screws up our team title.

Either proofread or lay off the Jose Cuervo when you're leaning over the keys.

the fact the he does indeed actually play and can be recognized in a crowd versus the sea of other no names who will be lucky to make a practice squad after camp.

I think Ozzie might need a new pair of glasses or better scouts.  What he is seeing on college film evidently is not relating to the NFL field.

What Ravens miss in 2013 on their first and second picks. Le'Veon Bell, Eddie Lacy, T. J. McDonald, Keenan Allen,J. J. Wilcox ,and Darius Slay. Polish that crystal ball Oz so Ravens can get the BPA.
