I LOVE that tweet, lol.

Not mad at Smith Senior at all, that was the appropriate time to be taking redskins' heads off.

Dont understand how Keenan gets to stay in the game though, and doesnt even draw a flag. horrible ref job.

Flacco got roughed up just one play after the scuffle. Am I the only one that noticed that? The Oline just watched as their quarterback got hit late for no reason. No that should have been a ejection or a fight. For real man teams should never impose their will on us. Not at home at least....

Neither the refs or the fat boy Gruden did anything to stop the scrum and that is why John went across the field imo. Ravens will get the short end of the stick of course. SSS is too much lol. At least he had our back if not the refs.

With Cullivers piledriver hit it should have given this team the attitude to win this game. Instead we increase our pre season points allowed to 98  and lose at home. That last pre season game better show who we really are.

Yeah..  That piledriver hit and Joe getting the smack down in our house would make me boil over, if I was playing.

SSS is the man.

The Ravens's offensive and defensive starters were all over the Pinkskins starters. Harbaugh is relieved. The Pinkskins had their pride hurt and wanted to fight. This is who they really are. The Ravens starters were locked in. With the attitude that took hold, Coach Harbaugh got our starters in and out right on time. One of the 5 worst franchises (ownership) in the top 3 major sports. NFL, NBA, and MLB. The Washington Redskins.

That hit was trying to injure a player. He should be suspended for that. And fined heavily. He could have broke his neck.

All the fight and rhetoric about it is nice.......that said, I saw no fight in our subs.....and in the NFL, you will need your subs. It was scary to watch them......

There was a time we could instill fear in our opponents. That time is gone and not sure if we will ever get it back? Where was our pride? To let an opposing team come in to our House and kick our butt is completely unacceptable.

So much for our tough practices and conditioning? Is this the result? Leaving a lot to be desired. Been outplayed and out coached the last 2 preseason games. Verdict still out on this year's draft class. Our #1 & #2 picks didn't even suit up. Carl Davis did ok. In the back of my mind I tell myself that the Ravens aren't showing their hand and keeping it vanilla until the season starts? This was the 3rd preseason game and we should have looked better. At this point I have no faith in Schaub. He's broken beyond repair. I like the kid, Bryn Renner over Schaub. Hoping we don't need either ever.

Anybody that condemns our team for their reaction to this incident, that's crazy.  Notice that the starters were pulled just after it.  I don't blame them either.  That pile drive was solo dangerous.  Illegal, and hes, there needs to be a suspension and a fine.

I have watched the scrum several times and I still can't believe Aiken received a penalty after getting head driven in to the ground. If that were me, after realizing my neck wasn't broken and that I wasn't paralyzed, I would have reacted with far more fury than I saw out of Aiken. Yet, of the 5 players penalized, Robinson got no penalty or ejection. Just as mad at the refs as I am at Robinson.

Hard to believe #52 of the Redskins wasn't ejected, much less penalized. That was one of the cheapest shots I've seen in many years. NFL, do your job and fine this dirty chump big time. In the end, you toss Steve Smith Sr.? Give me a break We're not a team if we are not ready to roll after some nonsense like that.

I agree 100%. Smith Sr needs to take note that Denver may try to intimidate him the same way in our season opener with a scrub player to get him ejected. We will benefit from this experience. Lucky that no one was injured.

Last week, the talk shows were abuzz about Suggs being a dirty player for putting a perfectly legal hit on a QB. Will we hear talk about this incident this week? Don't count on it.

I think the officials in both last game and this game were beyond horrible. It is clear that they decided to take something out on us, following each incident. After Suggs penalty, the yellow flags fell like rain for every ticky-tack touch. But I'm baffled by their reaction to this play. Robinson should have been penalized and perhaps tossed - but instead, they hand out a raft of personal foul penalties on the play - including one to Aiken, but not to Robinson and toss SSS. Then, presumably because they didn't like SSS reaction (in standing up for a teammate who was put in serious danger on a cheap play) and didn't like Harbaugh's jawing with Chuckie Jr. - they steal away a TD on the next play for nothing and then deny Harbaugh a measurement on a pathetic spot and then hand us a delay penalty. Those moves cost us between 10-14 points.

These incompetent refs need to get off their high horse. It is clear to me that they get something in their craw and take an "I'll show them" attitude when calling the game. This is a billion dollar sport. Fans deserve better from the league and need to demand better than the clowns they dress in stripes and throw on the field. I'm only barely keeping my sanity, because they've only been botching preseason games, but if this continues into the regular season, I'm going to lose it.

Let's see if this gets as much news time as Sizzles' "hit" on Bradford... smh

This.

If there is news, it will be about SSS being out of control and how disrespectful he is for taking a bow after getting ejected from a game. We'll hear little or nothing about how the Skins LB pulled a move that could have crippled Aiken, because, well Aiken isn't a star and the perpetrator of the cheap shot wasn't a Raven.

The league and their protecting players line is baloney. Explain how not levying a penalty on a player who pile drives a receiver into the ground, but ejecting a player for a little pushing and shoving protects the players?

that's exactly the way I saw it and I feel the exact same way. Ridiculous. They completely shifted the entire momentum of the game after they ejected SSS and then we come back immediately on the next play with a TD and let our playmaking do the talking and they negate it with a penalty that didn't even occur, other than them roughing the passer! Unbelievable. I don't care if the td stood, that was the ultimate payback and Crockett made sure he got in the endzone and took out 3 defenders In the process.

First, Harbs is the MAN. The way he sticks up for his players. I was hoping he would have taken a swing at Gruden. Second, the officials suck suck suck. Robinson of Skins should be hit with a major fine. That was one of the biggest dirty plays I've seen, and he wasn't the one ejected. That body slam on Aiken could have broken his neck, thank God he was ok and continued to play. Third, don't mess with SSS.

No, not just you. The line should have done something, like the Chargers did

“That guy was on top of Philip, and that’s our quarterback,” Dunlap said, via U-T San Diego. “I protect the quarterback at all costs.”

Cant believe we lost to the Redskins...Although I am proud of the way our starters handled themselves, and John Harbaugh you are the man, one hell of a coach for sticking up for your players the way you did. Steve Smith Sr. way to stick up for your teammate. You might beat us on the scoreboard, but you don't want to get into fist of cuffs with our Baltimore Ravens, that's just our game. You come at one you get the whole flock. That guy should be suspended for the entire season for slamming Aiken like that.

That was a cheap shot against Aiken; he already tackled the man, but then to pick him up and pile drive him into the ground? We're fortunate he wasn't injured.

Penalty should have been called for unnecessary roughness and Robison should have been fined. How could refs miss that tackle?

NFL needs to investigate current climate of officiating in it's league. It's always lopsided, every game. Officials have lost integrity, professionalism and objectivity. What, is Vegas calling the shots??
