[News] Will Hill Signs Two-Year Contract With Ravens

72 posts in this topic

benard pollard aka the hitman was perfect saftey in the game back when we won the superbowl but every year the game does shange and if teems find wholes they will expose them. Kam chancellor is the games best SS in the gaem today. But Will hill if he stays healthy we needed a SS that didnt only blow coverage but lay the wood when he hits. I was happy to see darian stewart gone he didnt fit our team and was natural SS playing FS. I think this move and signing Kendrick sures up our backend and I do think melvin is going to end up outside just because both are press man corners.

I'm not a fan of starting Kendrick Lewis, just like i wasn't happy with starting Darian Stewart last year. Anthony Levine, Nick Perry atleast till Terrence Brooks comes back.

Why??? Darian Stewart was a no name until he came here. Levine, Perry, and Brooks are all young. Kendrick Lewis is a solid veteran. He led the Texans in tackles last year as a safety and safeties should never have a lot of tackles. He had more than JJ Watt. Watch his film and you will feel different. The Texans didn't even use him to his full potential. Like Harbaugh said earlier, Kendrick Lewis' best football is yet to come.

Congrats to Hill, this is a good signing. Hill has proved himself well. He should be proud of himself for taking the steps to stay out of trouble and play high level football. He is certainly a Raven, he earned it. As for the others like Yanda, K.O, relax, if we do not get more signings this year, we almost certainly will next year with more cap space from less dead money.

These Negs your getting are from people who must not watched the last game. "These guys are young" crap is getting old. If your smart you have a balance so that a QB that took  10 years to find does not lose  years waiting for them to grow up.

No I think they did... They are just actually able to see the big picture and aren't so close-minded. Some people don't make conclusions based off 1 preseason game.

Most of these "Young Guys" are in there second and third year and can't even do the basics like tackle. Problem is I do see the big picture and I see Joe getting older Suggs, Dumervil, Steve Smith, Daryl Smith , Chris Canty, and Yanda retiring soon. Try replacing all those holes.

We saw Levine play well last year out of position, safety to corner isnt an easy trasition.

Spagnolou brought in Darian Stewart so we know why he was brought in and he still isnt a name anyone knows.

The Texans Defense is just their DL, terrible linebackers and bad dbs.

Even bad safeties make alot of tackles.
