Who the current best defensive player on the team is typically a question with more than one viable answer, but you could easily make a case for Hill thus far. He's been an absolute rock for us through these first two games.

Nah, Williams is good, but no one on the D has played with the consistency that Daryl has. His contributions are really undervalued.

Will Hill is arguably as consistent as they come. Knock on wood, but I've yet to see him struggle notably in a game while with us.

Exactly.  He was a full participant yesterday in pads and shorts so you have to wonder what happened between then and now.

Maybe he had a death in the family or something. Damn sure hope he didn't mess up and do something to get in trouble after how far he has came. That would almost be a stake in the heart after this start to our season.
