[News] Dean Pees 'Absolutely Concerned' About Lardarius Webb's Absence

38 posts in this topic

Webb needs to start his off season training immediately after our last game of the season. That way he gets all of his nagging injuries out of the way during the off season and by the time next preseason gets here he'll be in mid-season form.

Pees is worried bout Webbs absence and I am worried about Pees presence!

lol I was literally bout to say the same thing.

I think Melvin may very well get the job. Atleast Webb will be solid depth. Also very optimistic about tray walker. He has looked very well and it's refreshing to see a rookie that can actually tackle.

The biggest concern is not Webb. Webb will find a way to play. The Ravens biggest concern is Dean Pees. He is not calling defensive sets that challenge the opponents' receivers as demonstrated in last year's New England game and thus far in preseason. This week the Dbs will get a chance to shine, but only if the coach calls the right coverage, not 10 yards off the receiver! Pees needs a phone call on tight coverage defensive sets.

Don't jinx us with that Jimmy talk, man! He's been quite fragile as well, luckily seems healthy thus far. Hope he can avoid any serious long term injuries and he should be alright.

Webb on the other hand is like a porcelain vase - falls down once and more often than not will be broken for awhile.

Sorry Bro... I comment on the facts but I never jinx.  I am a positive fan and always wish the best for our guys but reality shows these guys are involved in tag team injury one season to the next. You must admit it is alarming how many secondary guys here and (around the league) get those leg injuries
