Agreed TX...what my point is about. The Ravens can cover Perriman for the first 6 weeks. There is no reason to use a roster spot when he would get limited playing time anyway. A PUP would allow another roster spot available to look at the remaining 6 WR. We dont know enough about any of them yet to decide greatness. I say take the time with this injury. 2-8 weeks is very possible. so far its been 2 weeks. The Ravens need to focus on ALL the weapons and not use up a spot for a rookie that will play as a 3rd reciever at most now that he is loosing practice time.

once again- PUP is not an option for perriman bc he participated in training camp. Albeit it was only 1 day - but that's what the rules state. not an option.
