I wonder why we practicing with the Eagles before the preseason game. Should we have waited after? It's a little weird to practice against them and then play against them it should been the other way around like we did against the 49ers. But I don't mind that way LOL :-D

I really like this, the Eagles run such a fast paced offense, this will test our Defense, and will put our rotation to test...Last year when we practiced against the 49ers it was probably like looking in the mirror, as they also run a physical offense and defense...This gives us a chance to play against a speed team, and we know Denver likes a up tempo offense, so a good early test...

The Ravens are a smart football team and will not engage in any fights. They Eagles for their part are also a smart team led by a smart coach. Moreover, the whole NFL world knows not to mess with the Ravens anyhow, so it will be a competitive and safe set of practices where we'll know how we fare against another team.

What's with the "unknown" status regarding Max Williams? I hope Max's issue is truly minor, that he will be back soon and get those important pre-season reps in.

Ravens are the one team in the NFL that everyone knows they would get beat like a red headed step child if they acted up. Yanda, Smitty, Suggs, Upshaw, Timmy, Brandon, Crockett, Hill and I'm sure K.O would do just fine.. But on the bright side I'm excited we get to test our team against a hyper speed team. Broncos have no clue what's in store for them..

It would be nae to believe that there will be no scruffles, but there will be nothing such as Cowboys-Rams displayed. Most important, keep our guys healthy, no injuries, please! Want to see our D-line against a different offense than ours.

Sounds like it a very minor skirmish between guys lower on the depth chart on the Ravens and Eagles squads. Supposedly broken up right away by Tebow. Can't imagine a Cowboys/Rams level fight erupting when the coaches warned the players against fighting before the trip. Think we will be chillin' enough to avoid a circus side show.

Am i the only one that had no idea that Ryan Matthews was still in the league?

Raven fans are always talking about Smith and Webb being injured, the Eagles have Bradford(starting qb, Murray(starting running back) and Matthews(3rd running back in the depth chart) who are all known to be injury prone. I don't think Bradford or Matthews have made it through a season without missing significant time and I believe last season is the only time Murray remained healthy all season.

Stay Healthy, please god.

No outlandish fights like cowboys v Rams..

And improve from week 1 preseason..

Look for someone to take charge in return game.

Look for vast improvement in second and third string defensive depth

More on the WRs,,TEs continue to look good,Darren Waller

And lastly 1Stringers dominate again

First altercation between two teams. But was broken up quickly. Asa Jackson looked to be Raven involved.

Jamison Hensley @jamisonhensley 3h3 hours ago

First skirmish of #Ravens-#Eagles joint practice. It was #Ravens' 2nd-team defense. Looked like Tim Tebow stepped in to calm everyone down.

Both Philadelphia and Baltimore are historical, old school cities. Poe wrote and worked in Philadelphia and had family relatives in Baltimore. How could professional athletes come to blows with so much literary history hanging over their helmets. There will be no fisticuffs in Philly.

Your comments on literary history suggested a perfect punishment for players that get into fights.  Usually you make them do pushups or run laps.  But they do that very well.  Why don't the coaches make them write essays on why they fought and why it was wrong to do.  I bet very few of them do essays very well!!!

MORE THINGS TO LOOK FOR

Is Melvin #38 continuing to shine as a cornerback?

Are Hill and Lewis getting the job done as safties?

Are the three top tight ends looking good?

Are we better at scoring TD's when in the Red Zone?

Is our defense improving during the two-minute drill?
