Joe Flacco is an elite person

"But he has a deer in the headlights look when he does the special olympics. He's not as elite as TOM BRADY....."

Awesome on Joe's part. Many people choose not to be charitable for one reason or another. Even though he's a busy man(3 kids along with an nfl career), he still takes time for this.

It's nice to know he kids have a great role model to mold their lives around, rather than simply a relation to an athlete they can root for.

One thing I've always dug about Joe is the way he comes off in front of press. He doesn't give the impression that he would rather be somewhere else or that he is overly enthralled with being there.

He never squirms or gives overt coach speak like so many others. He doesn't go out of his way to be smiley and friendly and mr. Nice guy(see Robert griffin, Tom Brady)but never comes off as put off or smug.

All in all, he is quite direct and I think that makes him unique and not at all "boring". He strikes me as a guy who is extremely comfortable with who he is.

He's only elite in January / February. When he is elite during garbage time games in October, then come talk to me

Joe has gotta be my favorite player off the field... Just so down to earth.

That's another factor in why he got paid so much. Good guys like him you never have to worry about.

Kudos to Joe.

It's only 1

Because you guys were being just a little ridiculous..  and the sarcasm may not have been so obvious to some.  We just want to keep things positive.

moderator 3. shame on you.

There are many other ways to have fun... and it wasn't moderator 3.  I'll take the reps for this one.  Despite the sarcasm, the negative comments weren't necessary and not really that funny to me.  Sorry.

Thanks, Mom, but you didn't need to, although it never ceases to amaze me how much "stuff" gets blame on me. Good thing I have thick skin. I think people forget we work as a team.
