Tears over a preseason loss?

Maybe in the event that Drew plays the whole game and loses to our 2nd/3rd stringers. That should at least provide us with 250 gallons or so of 'bayou' tears. Not sure that's enough for that pool though.

Go Ravens!

Sarcasm on the whole tears thing.

Sarcasm on the whole tears thing.

Sure, I thought it was a funny image so I ran with it. Bored and restless these days, craving Ravens football!

For what it's worth, my gut feeling tells me Baltimore will sweep the pre season this year  :blond:

No water in it, but I guess we can fill it up with the tears of Saints fans.

Yeah the pool still needs some finishing touches and a tune up, similar to the football teams across the league ;)

I am vacationing up here in Massachusetts. Odds are good I am gonna miss this game. I am gonna rely on this thread and you guys to keep me in the loop.

I am trusting you guys to keep me up to speed on score, individual game play and general game commentary.

Thanks.

There will be plenty of those after Upshaw pushes Brees into empty pool.

My initial thought was...  an empty pool... about as important as Preseason Game 1...   I am so glad that Ravens Football is back...  LET'S GO BOYS!!!

They open up every game thread.  It's regarded as good luck for us.  It kind of signifies the "jump on in" aspect of everyone joining in the thread.

You should see it as the first post in every game thread. No one may post until the pool pic is up. Otherwise we're doomed.

I'm gonna let the pool pic duties be a group effort for now. Once the mojo is needed, the extra over the top ones will make an appearance.

I'm in!

Do not mock the Power of the Pool Pic.

Can't wait to see these guys on the field. Shame Perriman is still sidelined though :(

How long do you think the 1st units will play? The first quarter or just a couple of series?

I'd be shocked if Flacco, Forsett, SSS, and most of our starting line played more than one series on offense. The same goes for the solid vets on defense.

So what players will we be paying attention to for this game?  I know the vets will make 1 drive and then it's all about the second and third stringers.
