What a bummer for Washington. I'm not sure if they had a lot of hopes and dreams for this year (actually, I believe their GM said they wouldn't be a good team) but all of them might have just been dashed.

 

I kept hearing how this might be RGIII last season with them if he couldn't turn things around. I don't know how severe this injury might be, but it doesn't look like a good start to the season...

Skins O line is bad but he has to take half the blame - like a possum in headlights.

Now sacked by Kruger. This is totally confusing. Both coaches ex Ravens, too.

Too many ex-Ravens on both teams. Driving me crazy watching it.

Pretty funny...

Really believe in the Bills. On paper, I think they're top in the East...Total offense has potential and the defense could be #1... Even as a wildcard, the Bills would be a scary team to play in January...That receiving core is top tier and very flexible with the way it can attack defenses. Add a good run game and I think a lot of bad/average QB's could fill in and manage games just fine... But yeah, I believe in Tyrod and I'm rooting for him hard. I think he's got a lot of good stuff going for him. Learned behind Joe, dealt with different coordinators/QB coaches,schemes, has a ring and is used to be being apart of winning teams...Yeah he was on the bench but he was still apart of it. He's also got the right attitude... We'll see with his arm and decision making, but he won't have to carry that offense. Just needs to be smart with the ball and make some clutch plays now and then, which I believe he's more than capable of doing. Just needs more experience.

Of course the Bills have to get healthy and get rid of that bug they seem to have.

True but it is preseason. Don't leave him in there getting gashed. Almost like they were hoping for an injury.

Look at EJ Manuel smiling and running after making a 2 point conversion like he won the Super Bowl. How adorable.............................................and we still lost to this guy?

To no one's surprise, it looks like the redskins are going to be absolute garbage this season.

 

Maybe, maybe not. Who knows, if RG3 goes down, maybe Cousins or McCoy can do something for Washington and win them games.

Falcons look pretty lethal. Their D is already much improved under Quinn. Turning into seriously good team.

Baring injury, they're my favorite to win the division.

Yeah, not much good depth, injuries would mean lot of trouble.

I remember not too long ago when they had a TE playing OL.

Alex Smith did it!!! He threw a TD pass to a receiver.......

In the preseason. Yay?

They had to use levine toilolo at tackle. In a real game they were so thin last year. I think vs the eagles? Not sure on that one. I think dimitrof is one of the worst gms of the last several years

I think it was against the Vikings. Their defense was pathetic in that game too IIFC.

bad news for Steelers, their starting Center Maurkice Pouncey (who is overrated in my opinion) was rolled up on and had to take a cart off the field, looks like he is done for the year. Stephon Tuitt one of their d-lineman was rolled up and hurt his ankle as well.

bad news for Steelers, their starting Center Maurkice Pouncey (who is overrated in my opinion) was rolled up on and had to take a cart off the field, looks like he is done for the year. Stephon Tuitt one of their d-lineman was rolled up and hurt his ankle as well.

 

He's not done for the year but will miss at least the first half of the season. Tomlin said that Pouncey's injury requires surgery but did not give a time table for his return. Tuitt will miss 2-3 weeks with a sprained ankle.

Reports are that he has a broken bone in the ankle region. Probably 6-8 week time table to return. Will be back probably around game 5-6
