[News] Ravens Gameday Staff Trained By Disney

7 posts in this topic

If they treat all fans like I was treated in Tampa while watching our Ravens against the Bucs everyone should be thrilled. The staff at Raymond James Stadium were first class all the way. We were treated like royalty and it was much appreciated. I am quite sure the M&T Bank staff are up to the task.

M&T Bank Statium is one of the best statiums in the world in my opinion. When I went to the statium during the night and they got a beautiful purple led light around and inside the statium and now got a 5k screen that show every view of a play. That is awesome. Beautiful statium. :-)

They are part of the reputation of the Ravens football team. All Orioles, Colts, Bullets and Ravens games I attended from way back in the 60s till recently were all positive experiences because of the people working in the stands and booths. They smiled and treated me like I was worth their time which made me have a great experience attending games. I always thank them and tell them to have a good day, you treat'em kindly, they will do the same in return. It is hard work running up and down the steps and working booths serving food and drinks non-stop for 4 plus hours. Many are working at M&T as a 2nd job as they need the money for their families so treat them kindly please. Make the experience as pleasant for them as you would want them to make pleasant for you, they'll throw in an extra smile. :)

Ive prolly been to about 100 games at M&T Bank and they all have been wonderful experiences. Ive been to numerous stadiums around the NFL and I have to say M&T Bank stadium is the best. Beautiful stadium.

I was flown to Disneyland in California last year to experience the Disney Institute program for my company, and it was incredible! I'm sure the Ravens staff gained a lot of valuable knowledge from their experience.
