I think this is great personally. As a PSL owner I took a survey sent to me by the Ravens about the overall game day experience. Overall I responded quite positively with the exception of one complaint where one of the workers was fairly rude to me and a friend. Three days later after submitting my survey responses a staff member called to apologize, get more information about the experience and to communicate that steps were being taken to improve hospitality. This article is just proof that the Ravens Organization gets it. Thanks Steve B. ! #Class
