I'm not sure why people are concerned about Perriman's injury.  A bone bruise probably will take a week or so to heal depending on how deep it is.  I was expecting at least 5-6 days, so as long as he's practicing before the end of the weekend I won't be worried.

Brown, on the other hand, is someone I worry about.  Hopefully it's just something that requires rest.

The very 1st drive will result in a Touchdown to finish up the last drive and it will be "ON"! Defense will dominate helping the secondary forcing 3 and outs left and right! Offense better put up the points they are capable of scoring and that's FORTY a game! The Ravens can 3 peat!

Why does it seem for a second season in a row that our guys get injured a lot more during training camp than other teams players?? I mean, I'm actively only following Ravens, but looking at the NFL injury reports past couple of days, Ravens team seems to be the only one constantly popping up. Perriman, Dumervil, Elam and other DB-s, now Brown.

Other couple teams who regularly appear on injury round up are Jags, Giants, Jets and some other second tier teams. Why does it seem that elite teams like Patriots, Broncos, Steelers avoid so many injuries?? Don't get me wrong, I know they have their own injuries as well, some even season ending. But it's like one or two guys since the beginning of camp. Some of our main player seems to have at least some kind of punch or bruise after every dang practice.

What seems to be the reason?? Is Harbaugh pushing the players too hard forcing them into situations where they get hurt? Or maybe vice versa, he takes the cautious road and sidelines every player with every minor tweak just to be safe?

Of course I don't like players getting hurt and in utopia I'd turn the injuries off like it was Madden, but that being said, I goddang hate it when our guys are falling off like leaves in autumn ant Patriots for example seem to be healthier than ever (in most part).

"Wide receiver Breshad Perriman and Marlon Brown and cornerbacks Tray Walker both missed practice." Is it just me, or is there something wrong with that sentence? Allen and Waller will turn out to be the steals of the draft. Go Ozzie!

Brown pulled a muscle in his back.........1-2 weeks.

Perriman bruised his knee.................1-2 weeks.

Walker has a hamstring pull...............2-3 weeks.

Elam is out for the year..................no problem as he was a backup only this year.

Right now the blessed with the injury situation.

I hope Perriman can be more durable than what he has shown so far or he will be just another 1st Round WR bust. Don't mean to be cruel or anything but the play he injured it on didn't seem to warrant being out for this long. Have such high hopes for this young man. Hopefully they are just being cautious? If he did suffer from Osgood-Schlatter desease that would explain it though.

That's because, at least with the Patriots, they are known for not really sharing useful injury information.  And the other teams you mentioned have their share of injuries too.  You just have to look in the right place.  http://www.milehighreport.com/2015/8/1/9084907/nfl-training-camp-2015-denver-broncos-day-2-practice-report Look at all the injuries  for the Broncos.  So, we aren't the only ones.  It's just part of the game.

us as fans dont wanna hear about any of our players being injured especially our 1st rounder...but i have trust in our staff that they know whats best for BP, i'd rather him be sidelined for caution during training camp vs the season. His learning curve is steep so he will only have a select few routes on his route tree starting off anyways.and marlon sounds alot like Webb last year with the back injury, i just hope it doesnt linger that long. but tbh i like marlon but he just doesnt use his big frame like we see other receivers do. AJ green is 6'5 and is arguably a top5 receiver, i would be estatic if waller turned out to be that type of player for us.
