Oh really... So you are saying that texts from Tom Brady to teammates talking about "deflation" which he then counters saying they were talking about losing weight is not evidence of it and that the Ravens telling the Colts that the balls being supplied were not in a way for the best kicker in the league to kick it into the back of the endzone like he used to is evidence.. The Ravens' staff member showed he talked to Pagano about the situation he was not blaming the Patriots which is what the league is looking into. At least the Ravens turn over their texts without hesitation and don't act like they have something to hide. Patriots won the divisional game due to now illegal formations which the refs of the games said they SHOULD HAVE stopped the play because they knew it was deception and they were afraid of losing to the Colts so they had to tamper with the footballs. I don't think altering the ball changes the outcome in most situations but it is a rule, he broke it, they warned the Patriots from spygate to stop cheating.. Now they are being investigated for illegal use of drones. It won't end until they suspend Belichick.

Why is this even an issue? If the Pats were cheating which according to the link below was well known that they do then it would be our right to say something. For our game especially.

Is this deflection gate now? The Pats and their fan base can suck it. It's not their first time cheating either. The blame should be focused on the NFL for not ensuring a level playing field. This is dumb that this is even going to Federal Court. What our legal system doesn't have anything better to do then hear Marsha Brady cry about she is telling the truth when evidence shows otherwise?

If there is any doubt or question as to what was texted or sent they can have access to the Ravens phones. Why? because they didn't have anything to hide so they didn't destroy them. Seems like those in glass houses are throwing stones and in the process they are destroying their own home. Brady continues to dig his own hole and he thinks that as long as he sticks to his story and destroys the evidence that he is safe. Didn't seem to work to well for Aaron Hernandez. Just because you have PFT as a personal media outlet, and you have the resources to scream loud and long, the truth still always comes out and Brady is guilty, will be suspended and his reputation forever will be tarnished. Because Kraft got Goodell to bow down and kiss his rings on spygate, he now thinks that he can get Goodell to protect him no matter what and somewhere between spygate and deflategate, Goodell actually grew a pair.

@Darel Boyer What you saying doesn't make sense. The NFL has the most evidence against Tom Brady and the Patriots. If Tom Brady is so innocent, why he have to destroy his phone and cover it up? It doesn't make any sense. People say he broke his phone because he had naked pictures of his wife. LOL. Why he would be afraid of that? I rather have people to believe that I'am innocent and keep my legacy upright than worrying about a couple of pics. By any means they won't even show it in court if it's privacy anyway. I'm 90% sure he's guilty and has many clues towards him.

I've always been suspect of that condition/ball fg attempt. I've looked at it over and over and there's something wrong. And I don't believe 'the NE Cheaters' just started cheating last season. Why did the Ravens even bother to release a statement? It's just taking the heat of the Cheatroits, and drawing unnecessary attention to us.. It's of no use if the Ravens tipped the Colts off or not, what difference does it make? The cheaters got caught and Brady destroyed his phone.

Last time, when Spygate occurred, the Cheaters tried to hide behind Mangini and the Jets calling the attention of the league to their cheating.

If you play poker and cheat you could either become the greatest card player of all time or get caught and punished. Not so in football, it seems. If you cheat in football you get known as the greatest qb in the history of the game even after you get caught. Now some may think Brady got his record from fine play, etc. I think not. I am not a sucker. I believe the only way Brady came into football and began winning from the start was by altered balls, spying, and anything else he conjured up. Makes me a lot less likely to re-up for tickets, sunday pass, etc.

The lesson here is if your team cheats but makes it look good very little happens. But if it is politcally incorrect cheating you will be castigated a-la Saints rewarding rough play. Next time you see Brady feign injury after barely being touched on a play you will be able to see how he has used every advantage available to cheat. He should be sat down like Pete Rose and not given any more chances after 4 games or a hundred and 4 games.
