 I like the atmosphere and culture Harbaugh is creating. I bet some of those rookies are in awe right now, taking it all in, realizing the dream is here and now. Must be a great feeling to walk in to meetings and on to the field being part of the best organization in all of football.

But if they wanted to make it a quasi-hazing experience for the rookies, make them sing something like "Dancing Queen" by ABBA - that would be hilarious.
