I feel like Howard is gonna rocket up boards come combine time.

By the time we are at the Draft, he'll be considered a mid to late first round pick.

Refs ensuring Bama wins another National Title... even college refs have their favorites like NFL refs do. Looked like his momentum was stopped before he got the ball across the line.

It honestly didn't matter much. Even if the 'Tide didn't get the TD, they could've kicked a FG & won the game. They could've even just tried to punch it in again on 4th down to get the TD. If they kicked a FG, then they would've been ahead by 8, so unless the Clemson Tigers got a 2-point conversion after a TD, they would've lost anyway. If they lost on the 4th down TD attempt, then Clemson starts at the 2-inch line or so, and that's going to be tough to dig them out of that.

Jordan leggett has looked pretty good, he's kinda flown under my radar but if he declares he could end up going high on the second day.

I guess it's easier to just keep winning National Championships year in, year out but why doesn't Nick Saban give the NFL another chance? He has nothing to prove by staying in Alabama. His legacy is set, why not try it again? Carroll failed his first time in the NFL and came back and has been a huge success in Seattle.

Probably control & continuity. The NFL changes so frequently. He at least gets to stay in one place & has control over the entire program & gets paid very very well. He's pretty much got the good life there. He can literally retire as the HC for Alabama whenever he's done & will probably never get fired.

The best Championship game in years. Way better than last year's blowout.

For sure. I am still partial to FSU Auburn 2 years ago and USC Texas back in 2005 but this was really good ball. That onside kick call is going down as one of the gutsiest calls ever. If that didn't work out, Saban would have gotten slammed. It did though and it changed the momentum of the game.

His team is pretty much already an NFL roster lol, I'd like to see him give it another go.

Jeez, Alabama didn't win the National Title for two years, and that's a big deal? College Football needs more parity if you ask me.

DJ Pettway, normally just a situational pass rusher, was a man of the match for me tonight. That guy was everywhere and made plays all game.

Coker dug himself and the team out. Ridley pretty disapointing, although robbed of a TD by his jersey clearly being pulled (and no flag, of course). Griffith can now finally sleep tight - he's erased that kick six to Auburn with the on side kick tonight. I'm joining Grim's campaign "OJH for President!"

This Clemson team is very tough to play against, really great win for Bama.

I'm fully convinced we're getting a Bama player in this draft. Don't know who, but yeah.

I'd be happy with Jonathan Allen in the second.

Anyone notice Ashawn Robinson cutting off that run by Gallman at the end? Man he's gotta be one of the most athletic 315+lb person I've ever seen.

During one game towards the end of the regular season there was a field goal attempt and Robinson basically jumped well clear of the guy in front of him and either fully blocked the field goal or the ball clipped his fingers. It was something special to watch that's for sure. He's a freak for his size.

Yeah I saw that a couple days ago when I was watching tape on him it was vs Lsu I think, it was awesome. He really looks so fast on the field could you imagine if he ran a sub 5 sec 40? Would probably instantly shoot into the top 5.

That's the one. If he does then it wouldn't surprise me if we were one of the teams seriously linked with drafting him. Having only been watching American Football since 2010 it feels weird to see all these amazing athletes thinking any one or two of them could be on our team next year because of where we draft at.

Shout out to O.J. Howard on a stellar performance last night. He's not been as flashy during most of the regular season but he played lights out football last night. I'd love to see us get him. A trio of him, Maxx and Crockett. WOW!
