every passed the conditioning test, we are returning 18/22 starters, Jimmy and Webb are healthy, we have upgraded our secondary, if only God will bless this team with good health throughout the year, i see big things coming form this team.

Let's hope that the drama-free nature of the camp will prove to be permanent - and by that I'm referring to the injuries... If we make it through the camp and pre-season without any key injuries, it's already a W.

Joe has a lot of football left, maybe another 8 years. I see Joe passing Eli and Ben on the list by the time he retires. He will definitely pass Romo and Rivers and possibly Brees. The Saints might win 8 if their lucky.

I hope I live long enough after Flacco retires to pass it down to future generations ... "Once upon a time, one of the NFL's greatest quarterbacks that played for the Baltimore Ravens ....." Much the same way I tell today's generation about Johnny Unitas.

Nothing would make me happier than to see this offense have a great training camp, have the pieces slide smoothly in to place, then sky rocket in to one of the most balanced top tier offenses in the league. Each year, my expectation of the defense is high. This year, my expectation for our offense is equally high. The Ravens offense is potentially on the brink of something great.

99.9 Ravens fans said that Joe is and have been one of the winningest Quarterback in the past eight years,we fans know more about our team then anyone. I do not know why people do not call him a elite quarterback but we do he has won a Superbowl and he will win at least three more before he retires, I wonder will that be enough if not he still our elite quarterback hands down. Now is the time this team show it is what it is Our team is like Joe our organization is like Joe, We are winners ,no more no less. Go Ravens.

Coach just said Webb did NOT pass the conditioning test. Hopefully it's just a fluke, and there is no real reason other than not being ready for it. He was supposedly at 100%. Info please, one needs to know!!!!

Update: Webb was too fatigued to pass the test.

I'm just hoping for a fast start on offense and defense this year. It's hard to watch when the offense doesn't get going till mid season because of so many changes. We finally have some kind of consistency an a lot of talent. Cant wait till preseason starts...it's taking forever to get here.

I must say this. The new additions to the Ravens - Steve Smith Sr. and Justin Forsett are incredible people in their own right! They're both remarkable people with incredible personality - different from each other but so very engaging! They seem like guys you would want to be friends with!

Will Suggs final few years impact his legacy. Ray Lewis's did.... so Suggs is right... it depends on what we do with them. IF Suggs final few look anything like what Rays did... I know how it will impact Suggs (especially now that he is considered the leader on that Defense)!

Let's not forget the 10 playoff wins put Joe at 10th all time in that category. That is tied with Ben Roethlisberger and one game behind Peyton Manning, Roger Staubach and Troy Aikman.

Ahhh, Webb being on the PUP is kinda noteworthy isn't it?

I understand not passing the conditioning test (Actually I really don't but...) but that shouldn't designate you to the PUP list does it? Plus, why can't Webb pass the test he knew was coming and when? Either he didn't train well enough in the off season or he's still hurt. Either way, he's a vet and that's not good in my book.

The Active PUP is where they put the ones that don't pass the conditioning test as opposed to the PUP like Brooks and Pitta.

I know there has been some talk of us getting our props in various power rankings as we head toward the 2015 season. That said, more often than not when you listen to national talk shows, the AFC conversation is all about NE, DEN and IND ... and if anyone else breaks into the conversation, it is PIT.

It is as if everyone forgets that we've been in the mix 6 out of the last 7 seasons and that in each of those 6 we've made some noise. Whether they choose to recognize it or not, we'll be knocking at the door and Flacco is no small part of the reason why.

Would anybody trade a QB who consistently wins, starts every game, and gets in the playoffs for one who gets 4000 yards and a ProBowl berth? Really, would they?

I and all Raven fans are proud of the 6 of the last 7 talk, but I like to say we stood on top of the football world in 2012 and since then (now) we're building on a 1-season playoff streak. PIT fans love to talk about 6 rings but they live in the past, that's all ancient history and means nothing about today's team.

Regarding your other point, we do seem to be the 5th team mentioned in the AFC and often tied with the bungles. Now that's sad, but equally sad is the fact they have beaten us 3 str8. If our offense produces 30 pts/gm as I hope and gets us a lead early so Sizzle and Doom can hunt, then I agree with Peter King's ranking.
