[News] Ravens Milestones To Watch In 2015

20 posts in this topic

I am sure that some of these personal milestones will be added incentive on top of the team goals to kick some booty this season all the way to and thru the playoffs. Congrats on your marriage and welcome back from your honeymoon. Hope you had a blast.

Most can and should be made. Suggs getting 3 interceptions, Tucker going 100%, and 14 games withoutgiving up 100 yards to a RB will be the tough ones

If all these goals are reached along the way it would be a remarkable achievement. Tuck can thank the replacement officials. Lady luck has made her mark. All I ask is that they all play like a Raven. Then the rest will come.

Individual milestones are nice but I can imagine a Superbowl Championship might be the pinnacle accomplishment for every Ravens player this year. Go Ravens!

One of the obvious milestones that has to be hit is the 4000 yard mark for flacco. Not only do I believe he will accomplish that, I think he will do it with ease .

I believe the Ravens did not allow a 100-yard rusher between:

James Allen, 163 on 12/20/98 and Corey Dillon, 123 on 12/23/01, a span of 51 games, 47 of them regular season.

It appears you are right. There were 3 91-yard efforts during that span, but not one three-digit performance.

I would LOVE to see Steve Smith knock loud mouth, look at me Chris Carter out of the top 10 all-time recieving list. Come on Flacco, get Smith those 638 yards he needs. PLEASE!

These will be fun to watch, but there are three for two players milestones that I'd like to see in addition. First is Perriman breaking the rookie TD record held by Torreyand Marlon at 7. But if he's half the receiver we hope then I'd love to finally see a rookie 1000yd receiver on the Ravens roster. The last is Flacco breaking some elite passer milestones (30TDs, 4000 yds and 63% completion rate). Not that it makes him elite as this link says, but just to have that checked off the team bucket list.

I could see SSS hitting the mark halfway through the season (only needs around 80yds/game), should be easy to do over the whole season.

not necessarily with him expected to have a reduced role. But Steve will still get his ... I think he gets Atleast 800 yards.

What a team. The sky is the limit on how far we go. Playing 2 times in San Franciso, once a regular schedule game the other Super Bowl 50. Oh Yeah

I want to see the Milestone of 3 SB wins in 15 years :P Well, maybe I just made that one up, but it sounds good :)

That does sound good

Call me crazy, but I'd love to see Doom get more attention from offenses this year, and free up Suggs to take the sack record himself.
