[News] The Competition: Wide Receivers

Keep SSS, Perriman, Aiken, Brown, Waller, and Butler, put Carter and Camp on IR.

If they get put on IR, their careers are probably over. No one that's been stashed away on IR just to keep them on the team has ever come back to make an impact. I really don't see why people keep suggesting it.

Camp will do just fine. You can't load the team with 6 foot players. Camp will be faster on breaks and he will get lost in the traffic enabling him to be open more.

I know the love for Perriman on hear but were mostly a running team and those few passes can not be dropped. One drop and someone else will be in there fast.

Come on, Crusader! Do you really believe that One drop and Perriman will be outa there? Was SSS outta there when he Led the league in dropped passes last year? Was Torrey outta there when he dropped passes Every year since he arrived in Baltimore? In fact, Torrey came here with the same reputation that Perriman's being given of dropping passes, remember? Listen, Every receiver drops passes. I think it's going to take more than One dropped pass for someone else to be in there "fast." The sooner people Stop the pressure their putting on this kid about dropping passes, the sooner he can take the pressure he's, undoubtedly, putting on himself about it. Why don't we all just drop this subject and maybe Perriman will not drop passes. Just give him a break, everybody, ease up, and let him work on his concentration, which is really what the whole problem is.

I wholeheartedly agree with Crusader about Camp IF, and so far it seems to be a big if, he can stay healthy. If he can, I see him being a beast of a slot receiver. But the man HAS to stay healthy, Period.

It's really hard to worry about drops and route running when that has been the knock on almost every elite receiver drafted in the first round the past couple of years. Demaryius Thomas routes and concentration drops. Julio Jones routes and struggles with drops. Sammy Watkins route running and had a lot of drops his rookie year. Dez Bryant routes. I think that Breshad will be fine, he just needs to work at his craft like everyone else.

highly doubt that a UDFA in carter will make it over our 6th round pick Darren Waller.
