Time to see who really wants it and who wants to excel in this league, and who just wants to play and go through the motions.

the d line minus ngata looks really hungry full of studs they'll eat up any ball carrier not losing a step from ngata being gone. I'll miss him but we all knew it was time sooner or later he will no longer be playing for our team. hoped retirement not trade but at least he's not in our conference. the tight end competition I find more interesting. maxx Williams I want at starter week one. but Gilmore is good too. maxx makes plays hes something special. pitta wont play for atleast the first half of the year if that. he should stay out until playoffs and come back next yr more healthy

Condition your bodies for a very long season. Harbs likes to let guys get some reps in and the guys who make the most / best out of their chances he makes sure they get more chances thats whats nice about Harbs young guys really get a chance to compete and play for the Ravens.

Mosley 10 games into the season said to Harbaugh he was tired and asked when the season was going to end. Harbaugh told him to take it one day at a time. Put your best effort each day and only worry about today. Mosley was thrown into the fire as a rookie and he played the most snaps out of any inside linebacker last season. Breshad and Maxx need to take it one day at a time to improve and make sure they are in shape to take it that one day at a time because when you become a starter in the NFL it takes a toll on your body and you don't have any time to rest until Winter.

Its great to see the younger players getting reps. Because when that injury bug bites or if it does bite we need guys to be ready. Sometimes some of the guys look like a deer in headlights. All I can say is become one with the playbook. Study it sideways, frontwards, backwards, and upside down. Soak up all the knowledge you can get from practice and your playbooks, and film study, so when your number is called you will be ready.
