I still can't believe the Celtics wanted to give up a king's ransom for Winslow at 9 and the Hornets 1) turned them down; 2) turned them down for Kaminsky.

Whoops, I drafted J.J. Redick here, but as I was going thru the rosters, it looks like he's already been selected by Gabe (a while ago - sorry I didnt see it). I'm going to delete the pick and choose someone else

Beat me to it. I was hoping he'd be around for my second unit but he went a while ago.

I was going thru the draft and didn't see him, which surprised me because I thought he would've been gone by now. As it turns out, he's been off the board haha.

Now I get to go with my rookie project in Oubre. Doesn't offer a lot of short term upside, as he will go thru the learning curve the NBA offers to rookies playing in the league right after their freshman year of college. I do think he will be an impact/solid player a few years into the league.

My team is the first to be complete. I'm happy that  I can contend now, but I'm also set up beautifully for the future with Drummond, Okafor, Turner, Winslow, Clarkson, Middleton, CJ  and Capela.

Thinking my rotation will look like this, with potentially McCollum or Clarkson taking Bradley's spot if they take the next step this year after having fantastic ends to their respective years. Turner may also overtake Mirotic, but likely not this year.

PG: Stephen Curry (1), Derrick Rose (4), Jordan Clarkson (10)

SG: Khris Middleton (5), Avery Bradley (8), CJ McCollum (12)

SF: Danilo Gallinari (9), Justise Winslow (11), Tony Snell (14)

PF: Chris Bosh (3), Nikola Mirotic (6), Myles Turner (13)

C: Andre Drummond (2), Jahlil Okafor (7), Clint Capela (15)

Wow, I messed up my last pick badly. There's a guy I'd much rather have.

Interesting to see you waited until the 9th rd for a SF.  Great depth at PG, PF and C due to that though

I originally had Rose as my starting SG and Middleton as my starting SF, but I moved Rose to the bench so I could play them both at their natural position. Gallo, despite health concerns, killed it as he got his legs back last year, so I'm banking on him to put up fringe all star numbers again as my SF, especially in Mike Malone's offense.

No wonder we forgot. Most forgettable meal ever.

It's the Die Hard 2 of food

Wait, there's a Die Hard 2? I always thought it was weird that they made the first and skipped straight to the third one.

Yup. Weird thing is that the Mr. falcon second one is better than the third. But no one remembers it

You Mr. Falcons need to stop bad-mouthing the movie.

it's mr. falcon vs. fight a stranger in the alps for greatest censored line of all time imo

lol That one was also brutal. There's an entire clip of Die Hard 2 cable censoring and it is outright ridiculous. Not sure that I'd be allowed to post the link since it still says some curse words here and there. And the voice of the dub over wasn't even remotely close to Bruce Willis'.

Sorry for the delay. Decided to round out my team with another big man in Brandon Wright. I wanted another athletic big man, and I think Wright will play a nice role behind ZBo/Gasol this year. I like my front court versatility with Draymond, Smoove, Ed Davis, Gortat, Asik, and Wright. Not the sexiest, but I'll take it.

I didn't take many real young players, only Draymond and Oubre, because a lot of my key players are "in their prime age." Conley, Tyreke, Harden, DeRozan, Gordon, and Ed Davis are all around the age of 25-27 (not 100% positive their exact ages). Livingston, Chandler, Smoove, Gortat, Asik, and Wright are all veterans around 29-31. Pierce is about 38, but that's ok due to his pedigree. I still have a fairly nice future, as well as a win-now mindset. I like the mixture.

Ron Artest's Failed Attempt at World Peace

1277133205-artest.jpg

Ron Artest: Chris Paul

Ron Artest: Bradley Beal

Ron Artest:Andrew "Ender" Wiggins

Ron Arrest: Paul Millsap

Ron Artest: Joakim Noah

Bench

Ron Artest: D'Angelo Russell

Ron Artest: Kevin Martin

Ron Artest: Matt Barnes

Not Ron Artest: Enes Kanter

Ron Artest: Andrew Bogut

Ron Artest: Dante Exum

Not Ron Artest: Zach Lavine

Ron Artest: Luc Richard Mbah A Moute

Ron Artest: Nene

Greg Oden: Joel Embiid

Outside of my injured final two my lineup is rock solid. Very strong defensive team while being a good not great scoring team.

Chris Paul doesn't need an explanation. Beal is an excellent 3 point shooter and scorer. Wiggins is an X factor but has the legit ability to become a top ten player in the NBA. Millsap is good all around. Noah is the scoring weak link but is good at everything else.

My starting lineup is strong. Bench is risky but I like my team.

As for Embiid. As my last player I took a gamble. His game is fantastic. His durability isn't. If he ever gets healthy he's gonna be a good player. Big if though.

If anyone wants me to state my analysis/grading on their team, let me know. I believe a member participating in the 2014 All Time NBA Draft did it for that draft and it was insightful to get others perspective. Feel free to grade my team, too
