Kanter can't play defense. At all. Let's get that out of the way.

But the man is a double double machine. He's a good scorer and a good rebounder

I was thinking about taking JJ over Ariza, which would have bumped Afflalo to the leading scorer on the second unit. And made for one hell of a bomb squad with Lillard, Parker and Horford on the court.

Got my small ball swivel in kidd he can body up any forward and guard and get big on the glass. No kind of offense though.

Allen is a lockdown defender. He was on my list.

Allen was my #1. Good pick

First team all defense baby (until they embarrass me by having Bogut guard me and I have to ride the bench because I can't hit a jumper)

Cheers tho. Figured that at this point I may as well lock up guys with at least one elite level skill set. Rather have a guy that's truly great at one thing than a guy who's ok at best at two or three.

The Dunkey Kongs select:

Michael Kid-Gilchrest, F

That's a trippy picture. It's like something out of Space Jam.

Good choice in Evans. He was high on my short list given his ability to distribute.

Thanks. Yeah I like his ability to distribute as well. He played well as the Pelican's point guard last year while Holiday was out, and he can also play small forward. I like him as a 6th man with the ability to sub in at point guard or small forward, and I could even start him instead of DeRozan at the 3.

call me slow, but I don't get it

I had the post set up to pick Isaiah Thomas on behalf of BALTIMOREFLACCO and I was going to submit it as soon as Gordo52 posted his selection. Unfortunately for the former, Gordo52's selection was indeed Thomas as well. Jumped the gun on that one.

that's stinks for the mavs if that's true

Definitely. There would be a lot of lost respect if the initial commitment was backed out on.

Can only imagine what Cuban will have to say if Deandre backs out

The D League Mavs are losing their big fish! With what is left - they wouldn't win the Big 12 ! De Andre, an Aggie and now the most hated man in Dallas!
