i take back my previous statements about our Dends/OLBs. something about Tsuggs returning in good shape (not great but good) and dumervil ready to hit it hard again gives me high hopes for our defensive front. suggs is a warrior and dumervil is hungry for a lombardi, especially since been traded from the broncos right before they lost their opportunity horribly against the hawks. this brings him a higher satisfaction of transferring to this organization. also, after doing more research on jernigan and williams, big things coming from our defensive front this season.

our D is gonna ball hard in '15

@DEN - W - come out firing on all cylinders, defense has a strong showing and puts a beating on peyton. (34-17)

@OAK -W - we get off to a slow start in the first half, but end up getting the victory rather easily. offense starts really clicking in 2nd half. (24-10)

CIN -W - tight game thats gets won by a justin tucker feild goal on final drive of the game.( 24-21)

@PIT -L - another slow start, we try to fight back but come up short. our d-line finally gives up a 100 yard rusher to bell. (17-10)

CLE -W - we beat the breaks off of them and put on a show for the home crowd. this is where the offense begins to catch fire. (42-7)

@SF -W - another strong performance from flacco and the offense. kendrick and jimmy get a pair of picks in a poor performace from kaepernick. (31-14)

@AZ -L -we get an early lead but start to sleep on them in the 2nd half, palmer gets them the victory in a close one. (28-24)

SD -W -another classic slow start, rivers make a run in the 4th quarter and as last year starts to replay in our heads will hill takes an interception to the house for the win. (23-13)

JAX -W -we were expected to come in and dominate this game and guess what? thats exactly what we do. (38-13)

STL -L - This is one of those games that we just fall apart. nothing is working on offense and despite the defense keeping us in it, it just wont be enough. ( 16-7)

@CLE -W -this will be one of those afc north specials. we win this one on the ground with a pair of touchdowns from tali.(17-14)

@MIA -W- our vacation to miami. this game really helps us get into a groove and we head back to the bank with confidence. (29-13)

SEA -W - a close game, but lynch cant get anything going on the ground. will hill shuts down jimmy graham on a failed 2 pt. conversion and SSS burns richard sherman to put the game away. (28-24)

KC -L - a discouraging loss in a back in forth game. kansas city kicks a feild goal to win it in overtime. (37-34)

PIT -W - feild goals arent going to win this game, another nail biter but a bomb to perriman wins it. (16-10)

@CIN -W - jimmy smith and the defense has a steller performance and the ravens head into the postseason with steam and home feild advantage (26-13)

12-4 ; AFC North Champions, will face the winner of Dallas @ Green Bay in superbowl 50.

Wow you truly put a lot of thought into this considering how far we are from the season. Kudos. Lol.

Reading this I can see some of those slow start games occurring, every year we seem to have a few of those games after a very strong game or two.

yeah the offseason can be quite boring, but believe it or not this really didnt take a lot of thought- just looked at each game on the schedule and wrote down the first thing that came to me. im sure some of my projections might change as we get closer to the season when more players are added/cut and we get down to the final 53.  A lot can change between now and then.

Beat the Bungles at least once for Pete's sake

Lol. If we want to win the north this is a must!!

I'd like our WR's to catch the ball this year

Steve Smith seemed to lose all his juice after the Carolina game and just had too many drops imo. We really need another guy to step up and carry the torch regardless whether its a TE or a WR.

Was golfing in Utah. Dennis Pitta and a two others were in back of us. My son introduced himself. I asked Dennis how the hip was. He said good. I noticed that the doctors have not given him the go ahead yet. Hope he can play. He is an important part of a good offense. Remember how he helped in the season, playoffs, and Super Bowl a few years ago.

I'd really like us to get to the AFC Championship Game for the 4th time in the Harbaugh era.  I'd be extremely pleased with that.  I'd be pretty very happy with a playoff win.  I'd be happy to make the playoffs.  I'd be OK with a winning record and no playoffs.  I would be very letdown with anything else.

For me, it's AFC Championship game or bust. With practice squad players in the secondary, the Ravens still came incredibly close to beating the Pats in New England again. Now that that there's been some added depth to the DBs, I fully expect another deep run.

Oof. Stats backing up the eye test, was painful to watch sometimes :(. Who were the main culprits, the two Smiths?

As far as expectations go, a decent playoff run + killing the Pats in spectacular fashion in the playoffs would be really nice imo. Would be happy with that.

Oh and Perriman should be really really good. Expect him to pan out.

Funny seeing a post talking about a lot of drops yet being optimistic about Perriman.

not tryin to single you out man but it's comments like this that just keep adding to the whole "perriman having bad hands " theory. Until he starts dropping passes in games could we just let that stuff die? Not trying to sound like a Dickensian- i get what you were sayin, it's just gettin old. Lol Not only that but if ppl keep talking about it, its gonna jinx the guy.

I think it's unfair. I mean perriman can drop 1 pass in minicamp and it's a damn story. Ever since they manufactured this theory in the draft and pasted together a highlight reel of some drops people have just jumped on the bandwagon and continued this narrative for no real reason. It was an extremely minor issue if you want to even call it that - definitely has not deserved this much attention. Edited by January J

Once I see the final roster, and how we perform in the preseason, I will be able to give a more honest assessment. Just based off the purple glasses I see through. I expect a 12-4 record winning the AFC North. Depending on health throughout the season determines how far we'll go in the playoffs. If no major injuries and everything plays out similar to last year I think we could win it all again.

Just wait till the season starts. He could have fifty receptions and as soon as he gets one drop it will be the " bad hands " parade.

( cough cough Sami )

I never said he had bad hands, it's just that everyone seems to think it and its new to see someone saying he had good hands.

I know you didn't- it's just that your implication further contributes to that same narrative. Like I said Wasn't tryin to single you out, just seen so many comments about it here and from so called analysts it's tiresome.

Think me and you were doing the same thing, mocking Perriman haters.

see the thing is, i dont see perrimen being a 10 catch a game player.  i see him being 4-6 catch a game for big yards but being targeted more for the deep ball.  So the moment he drops two deep balls in a game...the parade will begin.  Does that make sense to anyone?

The Bengals will put up a good fight for the North. Regardless, (barring injuries for any team, they always play a pivotal role imo), the Ravens will at least grab a wildcard. I could see us playing the Bengals, Colts, or Chargers for the conference title.

The Pats will end up at the doorstep. It seems they always get there.
