If you could spend one day with a Ravens player or coach who would it be and why? 'Current player/coach'

I think it's an interesting topic. Mines would be Harbs. As an entrepreneur building a business that's responsible for leading a multitude of people, I'd love to sit and talk to him about his ability to lead as the head man but also trust his people he surrounds himself with enough to delegate responsibilities and trust that those guys will get the job done without micromanaging.

Also as a business owner i know and understand the need to recruit new and hungry people into your organization, but how does he go about the process of selecting the right type of players, knowing that all talented players aren't necessarily good players.

Most importantly, without bring much religion into the Flock, Harbs seems to believe in God, Family Business/Profession. That's something that's very important to me and I'd love to converse with him to see how he balances that, especially as a HC that spends tons of time away from his family.

Overall i just think Harbs is a great guy and he adds value to anything he chooses to be apart of from what i can tell. He has a great servanthood mentality but is definitely passionate enough about what he cares and believes to fight. I think it would be a cool experience.

Marshal Yanda or Joe Flacco because they seem to be the most laid back and humble. Terrell Suggs would be a fun hang out if we went out for night on the town.

I know you said player or coach, but I'd love to talk with Ozzie Newsome and pick his brain.

That's true the man is a genius. It would be awesome to talk to him about what he's thinking come draft time and free agency.

I would pay to sit in on Ozzie and Eric Decosta having their per draft meeting. I mean pay like if i was offered seasons tickets or the opportunity to sit in that meeting i would lean heavily towards choosing to sit in on that meeting.

Oh and if our options are open to more then just players and coaches then my answer is Mr. B. He's the coolest owner in sports imo and his honesty with the fans is both refreshing and appreciated. Not a huge Terps fan, being a FSU fan, but i'd definitely take in a Terps hoops game with him.

I would spend the day with Terrell Suggs. He's a hilarious guy with tons of charisma and probably hundreds of locker room stories to talk about.

I would spend the day with Waller.   He is intelligent articulate and has good vision of his role here.  Besides that he has a mutual support agreement with Perriman to work in team effort

Good topic and question busterblue. Still thinking about who and why but echo with the Harbs, Biscotti and Ozzie sentiments. I am a business owner also and have always been curious about their decision making and juggling acts. The player that pops out initially would be Ray Lewis but back at you later after the brain cells settle in on who.

It would be Joe for sure. He's so laid back of a guy that he seems to be a cool guy to be around. As much as I love Harbaugh as our coach, like many I would pay to sit with Eric and Ozzie BEFORE and even DURING the draft to see how they really do their work.

It would be sizzle for me.

I have plenty of dry conversation in my daily life. I dont think i can spend a time with a player with a dry conversation the whole day.

I'm young so it wouldve been Jacoby Jones lol

Tray walker played for my rival High school so that would be a waste. I'll hang out with will hill probably. I probably knows where the spots are lol

Ozzie Newsome would only be my pick if there was a guaranteed honesty clause, I feel like even if you could spend a day with him there's a line he wouldn't cross as far as divulging information about the draft process.

Assuming there is no honesty clause for our pick.. I'll go with Steve Smith Sr, I feel like he would be entertaining and have some good stories but also have important life lessons and insight to share.

I would maybe take Tucker, seems like the most laid back and nice guy. Propably the funniest person to be around

Ozzie and Harbs.

I would show them how very very wrong they are based on the information from some of the posters here.

I am kidding of course.

Sizzle probably. I think that would be fun.

If I were younger, it would most definitely be Tucker - he just seems to have an off-the-wall personality that would make for an interesting time. These days, though, I'd probably have a better time with either DeCosta or Harbs.

Def Smitty, love that guy. I hope we manage to get him a ring, so he'll be eternally grateful for his time in B-more!

Wow to choose just 1 thats hard. Flacco would probably be my first choice. Just think about all the other guys I passed up like Forsett, Dumerville, SSS, Suggs, Mosley, D.Smith, Juice, Pitta, Yanda K.Lewis, Hill and Gillmore the list goes on and the new young men who we have not even see play yet. Very hard question to answer each and every player would be interesting to get to know and just hang out with. I guess I chose Flacco because he is just laid back Joe. It would be interesting just to hang out with him. How many other guys go to McDonolds to celebrate a 100 million $ contract? He is just unique.

I would really have to figure out who I would be able to brown nose the best so I could get into some games here and there.

Its not always about ME but sometimes it is.....

Joe Flacco, hands down. I'd come to work at the Castle, throw the ball around for a bit  and drink some Gatorade. After, I'd go for some cold beers, fresh pizza and leave a fat tip. He's so laid back, I like his style.

I love this topic...kudos to the OP..

If I have the only one day to spend with only 1 person of the Ravens organization, who would I pick? brain picking question...

I think I have to hang out with Joe because at least I know for sure that I can be myself around him.  1 day is too short to hang out with one of your dream players, coaches, and executives, but 1 day with Joe makes it totally worth it.

But only if the town is Pittsburgh or Boston.
