pitta is going to hang up his cletes but if he doesnt we could line up gillmore williams waller and perriman and have 3 red zone targets above 6ft 5in. Plus some really deadly 2 tight end sets.

I tell you what, with the serious depth at the TE and WR position, there's going to be some hard decisions made in August.  I can't ever recall us having this much talent at the skilled positions.  I'm confident that the 53 that come out of camp will be the most complete team we've ever had.

I remember from an article last year that Momma Gilmore wanted Crockett's TD football as a memento. Of course, Crocket was so fired up after the TD that he chucked or spiked the ball, never to be seen again. Let's just hope there are many more TDs to come and that Momma Gilmore ends up with a shelf full of TD footballs. I anticipate great things from this guy.

Every time I see or read about this guy, I can't help but to sing "Davey....Davey Crockett" ......for those of you that remember! ;)  Sorry I felt the need to tell you that, but it just comes out my mouth!!!!  :Cool_408:

275 the guy is an animal now.

his rookie weight was 256... adding 19lbs is yolked up for sure!

Williams and Gilmore make some crazy match up problems... you want to put your more athletic guy on Williams, but Crockett will pick on the other guy. And vice versa.

Throw that man the ball! I really like Crockett, the Ravens got a steal again. Waller is the next sleeper. Imagine both of them split out on the same side. I'm excited.

The ravens are going to shock the doubters this year. This is a SB team.

Based on Peter Kings preliminary power rankings, he agrees with you. King has Ravens #1. Granted this is all premature, but the Ravens have got the experts thinking this year.

Gillmore has to shine and fast or he'll find himself behind Williams, the natural pass catcher.

I think he is just about the size of Patriot's tight end Gronkowski now, if not a bit bigger. This oughta be fun to watch.  I'm starting to feel a little sorry for our opposition.

I hope Dennis Pitta returns to give us an extra boost but he could take his time until he's ready to go. I believe in Dennis returning.

Gillmore can catch almost anything it throws in his way. Gillmore is a beast. I never seen him drop a catch during the season I believe. He got some strong hands.

"JIMINY CROCKETT GILLMORE" LOL :) We could call Crockett "JIMINY" get it JIMINY CRICKET LOL.

I was thinking more like Davy Crockett, king of the wild frontier (or gridiron).

At least no one started a nick name for him.  I'll never use crockpot. With Williams and Boyle along with Dennis we do have a formidible TE group. The Trestman offense may feature these guys to a wider extent than what Kubiak developed.  Gil could be used in a Tackle/TE capacity if we have problems fitting the 53 roster with four TE's.

This guy would have to be tough to grow up where he did. Strength of character would have to be a strong suit.
