Stadium Seating - Penn State vs Maryland 2015

Hello,

I plan on purchasing tickets to the Penn State vs Maryland game on Sat Oct 24th at M&T Bank Stadium. Had some questions regarding the seating and was hoping someone on here had answers

Does anyone know which side each time will be? It is considered a Maryland home game so I'm assuming Maryland will be on the Ravens side but still not sure.

Seats in the 100's section are way too expensive so we are looking in the 500's (specifically 551, 552, 500, 501, 502). We found seats in section 551 row 1 and was wondering if the railings will be in the way from seeing the field. I tired looking online for photos but couldn't find any.

If raillings will block in row 1, how far back do we need to go to not have issues with the raillings in the way?

Can't tell you which side is which, but unless you're very short, the railings won't be an issue. Row 1 is premium seating.
