Aside from being surprised about his Masters, I agree on all counts. Classic 3-tech.

I was shocked, too, but Matt Miller reported scouts heard he was on the fence about it because he truly values his education. He instantly earned mad respect with me

Who does Treadwell remind you guys of? I've heard Dez Bryant and Alshon Jeffery.

I said dez the first time I saw him. Pretty spot on comparison

I like Dez too. Treadwell in the first and Yannick or Desmond King in the second would be fantastic. Although if we beat Cincy, we might not get a shot at a second round guy we really want.

Yeah, a slightly slower version of Dez might be as good a comparison as you'll find. And since I'd kinda like to see us do more what the Cowboys have done (top-tier QB, elite WR, dominant OL, enough defensive playmakers to get a few stops a game) Treadwell wouldn't be the worst player to add.

at the range were picking I'm beginning to think treadwell could be the safest pick. I just don't see him not being successful and he fits so well here

Him and BP would compliment each other perfectly and finally give Flacco someone to develop with instead of getting an aging veteran almost every offseason.

Dez Bryant was the first name that came to mind when watching him as a freshman. Probably a little less talented version of Dez. But yeah I love Treadwell's game. I highly doubt Ozzie would take him in the 1st with Steve, Aiken and Perriman though. I think we need to add a good young WR, but we probably don't.

Fwiw I'd imagine Trestman will be banging the table hard for him. A good tall WR who can attack all levels and can either set a screen or work through one would be a hot commodity for his system.

Though I could just as easily see us taking De'Forest Bucket or A'Shawn Robinson and Ozzie grinning in the press conference about the value.

I almost 100% envision the latter happening. I just know it

That's true. And exactly you saw how well Alshon Jeffery did in his system, well Treadwell does a lot of those same things well. I know he'd be a beast in our offense.

Buckner or Robinson would be classic Ozzie picks.

Honestly I just came here to bring those two guys up as very likely options. It really does strike me as a typical Ozzie pick. I think Buckner would probably be the better pick to go along with Williams and Jernigan. If we went either route that would make for a very scary front 3 and I cant say I would be disappointed.

Honestly they could be among the safest picks along with Stanley.

Where is that ohio state lb lee mocked yo go? Plays a bit like Buchannon at arizona. He'd be a good second round pick, hybrid coverage safety linebacker type. Good partner for mosley

Second would be almost ideal for us but he is projected as 1st rounder on lot of boards. I think he might go day 1.

I would be more than fine with Buckner. He's legit and would be beastly as a 5-tech. It might not be a need, but Buckner upped his game quite steadily this year. he proved to be miles ahead of Arik Armstead. Robinson is a nice player, but I wouldn't take him top ten. I'm not sure how much better Robinson is than Kenny Clark or Andrew Billings.

Lee is a surefire first rounder in my eyes. Probably in the 20-28 range. He'd probably be best served in a 4-3, but I could see him working very well as an 3-4 ILB as well. Very talented, had two clutch sacks vs Notre Dame and forced a fumble to end the game.

Who does Treadwell remind you guys of? I've heard Dez Bryant and Alshon Jeffery.

I've heard quite a few of anquan boldin comparisons. I just hope they don't stay away from him just bc of our track record of drafting receivers. I know Ozzies smarter than that. If he's the bpa, take him. And he very well could be if we end up near pick 10.

The closest comparison I could think of would be cross breed of Dez and Anquan Boldin less Bryant's speed.

At the Ravens' spot I think the best possible pick would be Stanley, if he's there, and there's a decent change he would be. Other than Stanley, it's hard to say. It'll depend on who separates themselves from the competition at the combine.

I think my man crush might be alexander from Clemson. Seen him a couple times, looked good, read good things about his work ethic and film room habits. Could rise, maybe a trade back to 10 to 13 range but I'll state my full opinion when I get to watch his cut up game footage

I'm just beginning to really dig into him myself, and I must say, it's impressive.

I'm thinking he could jump in front of Hargraves and Ramsey. Just seems to be a better and more rounded player imo.

his long speed is faster than that of Hargreaves, but Hargreaves short area quickness, change of direction Is probably better. Both are similar size. I'd say some teams will have Hargreaves top and others Alexander.

I like what I see thus far. Should make my choice this weekend though hopefully

I've created a monster! I love that my boy is finally not being underrated anymore. I think he will be the unquestioned best cb in the league before his rookie deal is up. I'm not gonna call it 100% and he does give reason for pause, but that is what I think hes very capable of

It's gonna suck if we don't draft him. The disappointment from you though....

I'm a big fan of his but I would prefer other prospects tbh. I don't want a db with our top pick, I just don't trust any db enough to draft one at 6th, I'd be excited about the potential if we take him though

Not really a Ravens prospect, but OT Ronnie Stanley is a stud.  Probably would have been the #1 OL in this years draft class if he had declared.

How much changes in a year.

Treadwell is just like DeAndre Hopkins but a little slower. He will need to run great routes to succeed.
