NFL's Top 100 Players 2015

Lol, Joe was #58 year before and after his career year drops 40 spots?!?

It's a projection for next season I think. We lost people and our OC.

I thought he'd be higher with his post season performance but the ranking doesn't bother me. None of these things bother me anymore because I know if we make playoffs we have a good a chance as anyone else.

Yeah, I could care less for their rankings, just thought it doesn't make sense.

It's just random. There's no rules what their ranking. I'm sure the huge swings are actually because they get different players to actually do the rankings each year. Just something to kill time. It's also always heavily weighted to the defending champs. Funny.

if you try to put logic to boat of these rankings, you'll hurt your head.

Yeah Jimmy Graham didn't make it a couple years agao and I think Yanda missed it at some point as well. I honestly don't pay much attention to it

I don't think Yanda has ever made it... maybe once, but not often, if at all.

Yeah that is a shame if true, they really underrate the guys in the trenches but I guess those guys aren't the glamour guys and it really is just a popularity contest

Great to see CJ on there. He really deserves all the respect he can get. He has a bright future ahead of him. A bit odd that Joe fell so hard in the ranking. I was surprised he made the list at all last year and now almost doesn't make it after his best season yet? Weird.

Oh god.....

seriously, he gets no respect.  Absolutely none and CJ Mosley being #94 while making the pro bowl as a 2nd team All Star.

Honestly, this year's ranking is what he deserved last year, and vice versa

Joe Flacco # 97

What a sham! A disgrace to the real Joe Flacco. In my view he should be in the top 15 players of the NFL till he plays this game. In fact, I'll go this far with Flacco. There aren't more than 2 QBs I would live with other than Flacco and they are Rodgers and Luck. However, having said that it is only for the regular season. Come post season the only QB I would ever want is Joe Flacco. So in essence that makes him the best player in the NFL in my book!

Flacco is cool as a cucumber.  I hate that term, I don't like cucumbers, but I love pickels, I digress

Joe's ranking has always been off. To be fair it's hard to gage his value, if you don't follow the Ravens. The Ravens didn't do a great job putting him in the right system. Harbs held on to Cam's playbook for too long, which stunted his development as a QB, imho. Ozzie never managed to give him a well rounded receiver. The closest we ever got to that was Pitta and he constantly gets hurt. The Ravens, for a while, were just happy building up a solid running game and defense, while giving Joe role players or aging receivers to throw the ball to, which, combined with the defenses Joe usually plays against in the AFCN, doesn't translate to great numbers. Flacco winning a couple close ones and a crucial game or two in December was always enough for the Ravens as long as he showed up in January.

Not that I'm complaining, clearly it worked. We made the playoffs 6 out of 7 times and got a SB, once we fired Cam and Boldin played some of the best football of his life.

Things could change this year though. If the Perriman and Williams pick work out and Trestman works well with Flacco. Who knows...

Pretty much. He's never had a receiver who could consistently beat tight press man coverage. And for three years he played in a deep passing system with no deep threat.

Is 2015 the most offense oriented draft we had since 2008? It feels like it. I do feel like Maxx will be really good for us and I am excited about Buck Allen as a receiving RB under Trestman. Hopefull Trestman and Joe will work well together and Perriman isn't just all hype. Maybe, things turn around and Joe finally gets those "oh, so important" stats. He'll might rise in rank next year. ;) That's so important for team. j/k

Flacco will NEVER get any love until he starts putting 4,000 plus yard and 30 plus TD seasons. no matter how many super bowls he wins. fans just need to realize this and not let it get to him. its amazing how this still bothers people.

Just sooooo not right...  at all!

Agreed, but the nice thing about the players ranking him that high is that they are underestimating him and his ability which is good for us.

I agree, but cucumbers are ok if you add a ton of salt. Of course, your blood pressure will be through the roof, but it's the price we pay for such delicacies.

I find that squirting lemon juice on them tastes great.

Back on topic though, Joe should have been like #40 in my opinion.

Lol @ Flacco's ranking, what a sham. How was he #58 last year? Frankly he shouldn't have even been on the list last year.
