Flacco said...they don't need to draft a WR early.

I had Perriman on the list of guys that I would take if he fell to us at #26.  He was my first choice over the others excluding the ones I put at the top of the round (Cooper, White, etc.).  I would love to see us get more offensive help for Joe, too.  Still, it would be hard to pass on a CB in the 2nd round.

Joe needs to call someone up and tell them it would be a terrible idea for the Ravens to draft Jaelen Collins in the second round, terrible to take Lorenzo Mauldin in the third, and absolute madness to waste a 4th round pick on Tyler Kroft.

Joe says he's not throwing to Perriman. Says he's happy with the receivers he had. lol

He's a team guy and doesn't ever throw anyone under the bus. Did you want him to say outside of Smith Sr they all suck?

I'm sure he's happy with his new toy.

Last time they did we got Tandon Doss. LOL

Lol To be fair, the FO's record with WRs hasn't been too impressive either, as everyone knows.

Besides, maybe Joe actually did pick the best guy out of the ones he was given to choose from. ;)

John said Joe was "fired up" when he called and told him about our first two picks. I'll bet that means he was like, "Alright, good job."

Lmao. Yeah. Joe was probably like...

"That's cool. Let them know we'll get some McNuggets later when they get to the Castle."

Guess the FO doesn't listen to Flacco.

Last time FO listened to Flacco; we ended up with Tandon Doss.

Joe also said he's not throwing to Mad Maxx cuz Dennis is his BFF and promised Dennis he'd only throw to him. lol

I wouldn't be surprised if the FO requested Pitta to a paycut cause the first two years of his contract extension hasn't been very promising.

I'm still not sure what happened to Doss.  He went from having the best hands in college football to being basically useless and dropping passes...made no sense at all.

He was too injury-prone.

2 WRs and a TE that they jumped over the Steelers to get!  This draft was truly fun to watch.

Next time Joe should say that we don't need to draft a pro-bowler in every round.

i think he should say "we dont need to win any more super bowls"

He was too soft and too lazy. He hasn't done anything since leaving and unless he toughens up and starts working hard, he'll be out of the league soon.

To be fair to Joe when it came to Doss, I doubt the Ravens were going to pick a receiver in the first two rounds. So it was basically, "Among these average guys, who do you think has a chance of working out?"

Yeah besides who knows who the other guys were. They could've been nothing, too.
