Who has checked out the Browns new uniforms

I know this is off topic from the Ravens.....but WOW. What is wrong with the Browns. Now I am a die hard Ravens fan but I can always appreciate a good looking uniform and I have always thought Cleveland had a classic old school look. I can even appreciate when a team tries to update their look but.......did they mess this attempt up. At best these things look like crappy high school uniforms now. Jeeez, they just cant seem to get out of their own way. What do you think.

The brown and white ones are alright, but I don't like the orange pants or jersey.

They're alright.  I think they'd be better if "Cleveland" wasn't so large on the front.  I think that's what really throws it off for me.

I've never liked Cleveland's uniform, but I like these better than the old ones.  Then again I've always liked a team to have a logo.  My favorite is the Raiders because I like the black and silver look.

Winning is supposed to make uniforms popular, this aint goanna help them.  And they've run out of the excuse of blaming Art Modell for the current team's failure.  They can't blame it on anyone besides Jimmy Haslaam and the current teams management, so its all on them.

Bowe and Hartline are like... what were we on when we decided to sign with Cleveland. The player in the back is like, and you two thought it was a good decision to come here.

It's not that they're God-awful or anything...like those throwback bumble bee things the Steelers wear - but they just don't look "professional" to me.

 

They scream high school or college.

I just can't believe the new logo was just a slightly orange-er version of the old logo.

In a sense, these uniforms remind me of the Browns teams from the late seventies to early eighties - the so-called "Kardiac Kids".

 

Whether or not the team can obtain the personnel to re-create those days is left up to the management.

So a month or two ago, someone asked my mom to craft her something with one of the Cleveland teams on it, they let her pick. She decided to do all three and brings me her sheet of NFL and NBA and MLB stuff and asks me to point out the Cleveland teams. I find her the Browns logo in the sheet full of helmets and she says "okay, so what's their logo?" "Uh, you're looking at it." "Their helmet is their logo?" "Yeah, basically." "...But that's SO BORING!!" "And so is the team, so at least it fits. Moving on to basketball..."

I do know who I am, thank you.

 

But no, as far as uniforms go, Bucs are up there, and the winner of ugliest throwbacks is obviously the Steelers. These aren't bad...

Yeah, now that the subject comes up, those orange and white Bucs unis and the Steeler throwbacks have been pretty bad.

 

Of course, the Packers used to wear blue and gold, as a tribute to Notre Dame; the Pack didn't start wearing green until 1950.

Looks cool, imho. Reminds me of some college team, I just can't figure out which one it is. Unfortunetly, they did put those 3d numbers on the jersey that I hate so much. Other than that, it looks good.

I only like the home Brown and Orange one. It still resembles classic Browns but the away one just...ugh
