Game of Thrones

People never learn haha

People complaining on Twitter about other people tweeting about a show. People complaining about the people complaining.

I bet I know what the complaint is. If they stopped for a minute and thought about it, they would probably realize the painfully obvious truth.

Yeah, it seems so painfully obvious with how they set it up what will happen next. I'm almost shaking my head because Game of Thrones is never usually this predictable. I will be very surprised if that doesn't happen.

We have entered the world of book fan theories folks. We know nothing from this point forward #GameofThrones

I think it's so obvious what's about to happen next with JS at CB. I don't want to say what it is, because it's just my interpretation, but I can't see any way this doesn't happen. They set it up perfectly and it's no coincidence a certain redhead was in the scene right before that event.

Ding ding ding. This is exactly what I was thinking.

I've been interested this season by all the deviations from the books. They've done a lot to push the Tyrion, Sansa and Stannis plots (but Theon's more or less exactly where he is in the books, weirdly enough) and I'm curious to see to what extent the book(s) follow suit when the next one comes out in the winter of 2057.

And all the people online threatening to ragequit is pretty funny. I swear it happens every season.

And I thought the last two scenes in particular were really well done. The books are great at going through the characters' minds (Cersei giving herself the constant internal pep-talks, for example), but the show's been able to make them more vivid. I knew he was coming, but there was still something pretty haunting about Ser Robert Strong.

Ah well, now the wait for next season begins. I think Arya's the only one now who isn't fully caught up, but she's been all over the place this season.

I think the way they essentially destroyed stannis in two episodes was lame, just seemed really cheap. Guess they gotta save money for that bad CGI.

That I can definitely agree with. After all they did to delve into his character over a few seasons his ending felt very abrupt.

Spoiler alert!!!!!

Do you think he's really gone? We never saw his death. He could possibly be alive. Maybe she spared him after his confession and seemingly accepting his fate for all the wrong he did.

What's up with Theon/Reek and Sansa? That looked like an awfully long fall.

has to be suicide, no way they survived.

I was thinking they landed in a deep snow drift.

I'm kind of thinking it's something Theon had "prepared" for.  Or....they both realized Stannis was defeated, and they're better off dead.

We have not seen the last of Jon Snow I believe. In some way, shape, or form, he'll be back.

Nothing will surprise me with Game of Thrones but I agree. Jon Snow and Khaleesi seem to be the only two must have characters. I say that because without them entire series long story arcs are done. I mean we just saw the real threat the White Walkers pose but without Jon Snow who gives a crap about the Nights Watch? Then again maybe that's just the point. Maybe the Nights Watch will be overrun and wiped out.

He's either going to get resurrected or become a white walker

I honestly don't know. Brienne doesn't seem like the type who'd get lenient all of a sudden (her take on justice seems almost Stannis-like, coincidentally enough), but at the same time I guess you can't definitively say someone's dead without seeing the body. Even The Hound might still be walking around (I honestly don't know if he is, but the point either way is that you never know).

I actually think it's not out of the realm of possibility that the hound could be alive considering that they're going away from the books.

The way it was shot left them open to going either way tbh. It's shot so it looks like you're seeing the last thing he sees, but it cuts right as her sword would make contact with... something. They could easily be cheap and show her striking the tree instead  of him if they need to heh. I doubt they will though.
