Giants lower presason ticket prices, raise regular season

The New York Giants have announced that they will lower presason ticket prices and raise the regular season games for season tickets holders.

I don't see how that benefits anyone. Saves a whopping $12 a year per season ticket plan and makes the regular season tickets (which people actually want to buy) even more expensive.

Only thing it does is lower the cost of those preseason games. Since I only go to a couple of regular season games and only need one ticket, I can usually find them on Ticketmaster in my price range plus fees a few hours after they go sale with the exception of the Steelers game. If its an opponent like the Jaguars I could save some money under face on the secondary market.

the preseason games are a ripoff for season ticket holders.  Not only do starters barely play in the game, they don't even get full salary as they just get a stipend.  The owners are raking it in on these games, atleast the teams that sell out all of the games.
