Britt is technically a free agent right now, but the Rams are expected to resign him. I think the only way he doesn't go back to them is if someone swoops in with a ton of money.

At TE I would hope they'd take a look at both Scott Chandler and Rob Housler.  Both guys are receiving tight ends that complement what we have and would help in case Dennis Pitta can't come back.  WR I would look to the draft, although I'm warming up to Stevie Johnson at the right price.  DB I'd also look to the draft.

i believe rb and wr are majorly addressed through the draft, i think db will be addressed through both mid round draft and free agency, i think(and hope) we address TE through FA and get either housler or cameron

Oz is great at building through the draft so I think most of these needs will be filled from drafted players. That being said Oz knows how to get the right free agents at the right time for the right amount of money.

There is a lot of WR depth out there and I mean a LOT... Bowe, Johnson, Harvin, Crabtree, and now it looks like Kenny Stills is now on the block... there is your deep threat and burner. I like that move and he is so cheap that it doesn't stop me from signing a FA receiver as well.

Do you really think we can afford him? I question it. I mean I he seems to want to go to a contender so I suppose it's possible he signs a cheap deal. I just don't think it's likely.

We have $10M in cap and that doesn't include money that needs to be allocated to draft picks. We're in a bind.

 

 Maybe Cameron will sign cheap so he'll at least have a chance for a ring before his next concussion.
