Wild Card Weekend - Baltimore Ravens (11-5) At Miami Dolphins (11-5)

Hello,

This will be a nice game to ease us into the playoffs. Joe will get some valuable experience and guys like Rice, Mason, and Samari will hopefully get some much needed rest :D

By the way, why is Barnes not on IR? Am I missing something?
Bill Cowher was the only one to pick the Ravens to lose on the CBS pre-game show.

Gee, thanks, coach. ;)
He also just picked Cincy to make the playoffs next year...

I can see where hes coming from and the afc n has a way easier schedule but they would have to overpick the ravens and/or steelers

I'll say this for the record:

Regardless of whatever happens today, I'm proud of this team. I know a lot (and I mean, A LOT) of people have this "Super Bowl or Bust" mentality now that the Ravens have made the playoffs, but I can't complain with where the team is at now, and I'm looking forward to seeing how far this team can go, now and into the future.

If we lose, I'll be upset, yes; but I certainly won't get too down, considering how far we've come from last season.

But if we win, I also won't assume a trip to Tampa is in the cards. One game at a time, after all. ;)

This team has to win today. They can lose next weekend and the season will be a success, but you can't lose a playoff game to an inferior team. This is a must win for the franchise. If we lose it will be a big black mark on the Ravens.

Hey, that's why I've never gotten too emotional or pissed when we've lost this season. ;)

Damn straight this is a must-win for me. (J/k, I know what you meant)

I wouldn't call the Dolphins an inferior team though. Again, to do what they've done this season and to play as well as they have, they're not an inferior team by any stretch. And even though it was against the faltering Jets, to still come back to win their division on the road is amazing.

Pretty soft crowd to begin with. It's probably rocking for Miami, but Joe has seen a lot worse.
